I ordered some stuff for the holiday expecting it to come in 3-4 days, but it never showed up. I called customer service and found out they sent it back without even letting me know. Now it's been 13 days, I'm left empty-handed and out of money. Dealing with Arket has been a real headache. To add insult to injury, I got an email about a 'return fee' for a package that never even got to me. I want a full refund without any extra charges.

I gotta tell you, my experience with customer service rep Carrie was top-notch. I called because my discount code was acting up, and she kindly walked me through my whole order over the phone. Carrie double-checked every product code, size, and cost to make sure everything was spot on. She was so nice and easy to talk to, it really made the whole thing go super smoothly.

Easy to assemble vintage bike
I just got myself a vintage-style bike that was super easy to put together and looks awesome. No special tools needed, just a simple assembly process. I'm loving the throwback design of the bike, it's been a blast cruising around town on it. The only bummer was finding out later on that it was made in China, not in the U.S. like I thought from the ads. But all in all, I'm still pleased with my purchase and would suggest it to anyone in the market for a cool, user-friendly bike.

Oh my god, I went on this website to buy some concealer and lip gloss, right? And let me tell you, it was such a nightmare! I spent like two whole days trying to decide what I wanted, and just when I was ready to check out, the website crashed! Can you believe that? So then I tried to chat with someone for help, but I had to wait for two whole hours. And when they finally responded, it was like they weren't even paying attention to me! The airline's service was just terrible. The staff was unprofessional and lacked empathy. Booking my flight was a complete nightmare, everything was so disorganized and stressful. On top of that, the airport itself was dirty and unappealing, making the whole experience even worse.
