I've been shopping at this store for over 6 years now. I usually make purchases about 4-12 times a year. I like to buy organic and eco-friendly beauty, cleaning, and laundry products here. I also get my food and juices like Jovial pasta, Bragg's, Bob's Red Mill gluten-free items, Lakewood juices, and Chocolove chocolate. Occasionally, I've had a few issues with my products arriving damaged because they weren't packed properly. However, when I sent photos, I got a refund pretty quickly. The store has free shipping as long as you spent a certain amount, and they often have good deals and discount codes available.

Berry necklace purchase
I just bought a berry necklace from this company, and man was I bummed out. Turns out, I could've snagged the same thing on a big online store for way less cash. The necklace wasn't even that great quality-wise, and it really sucked that the company said their stuff was one-of-a-kind. Do yourself a favor and do some digging before you buy from them. Don't get scammed like I did.

I gotta tell you, my experience with customer service rep Carrie was top-notch. I called because my discount code was acting up, and she kindly walked me through my whole order over the phone. Carrie double-checked every product code, size, and cost to make sure everything was spot on. She was so nice and easy to talk to, it really made the whole thing go super smoothly.

Easy to assemble vintage bike
I just got myself a vintage-style bike that was super easy to put together and looks awesome. No special tools needed, just a simple assembly process. I'm loving the throwback design of the bike, it's been a blast cruising around town on it. The only bummer was finding out later on that it was made in China, not in the U.S. like I thought from the ads. But all in all, I'm still pleased with my purchase and would suggest it to anyone in the market for a cool, user-friendly bike.

Color customization service
The customer service team at this company is great - they really know how to help out and take care of any issues I have. I've gotten three shipments so far and I'm happy with how well they cover my greys, but the color isn't exactly what I was hoping for. My colorist said they'll adjust the formula for my next shipment though, so I'm optimistic that the fourth one will finally get me that perfect red shade I've been wanting.
