I bought a ring from this company not too long ago and my experience was kind of all over the place. At first, when I got the ring, it was a bit too big for me. I reached out to the company and they got back to me pretty quickly. They offered to send me a new one in a smaller size for free. But when the new ring arrived, it was not only the wrong size but also had the wrong engraving on it. I contacted them again, sending them photos to prove the mistake, but at first they didn't believe me. After some going back and forth, they finally sent me the right ring. The price was good, but they really dropped the ball on the details and customer service. So, now I'm still waiting on the correct ring or a refund.

8 storage baskets
I ordered 8 stackable storage baskets from this company, but they only delivered 4. It's been almost two months now, and the rest still haven't shown up! Every time I reach out to the company, they keep saying they're on their way, but it's just becoming ridiculous at this point. I even requested a partial refund since I only received half of my order, but they declined and offered me a small toiletry bag instead. Can you believe that? I'm completely done with this company and will be disputing the charge on my credit card. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. On top of that, the quality isn't even up to par - one of the baskets is already broken.

Valentine bouquet disappointment
I got a Valentine's Day bouquet from someone special, but it was a total letdown. Supposed to be this amazing arrangement that was carefully put together and sent out overnight. But when it got here, I could hear broken glass in the box. Trying to get the flowers out, I ended up cutting my hand on the broken vase. Plus, lots of the flowers were messed up, bruised, and some even broken off the stems. Definitely not the beautiful bouquet I was expecting, especially considering how much my loved one paid for the "Margot" bouquet. I think a refund is needed here.

Domain purchase, using Namebright for management
This company is just a nightmare to deal with, let me tell you. So I bought a domain on a payment plan and they told me to use Namebright for managing it. But man, Namebright's website is a disaster! It's like super slow to load and looks like it's from the stone age or something. I swear, it's like they don't even want you to manage your domain so you're stuck paying it all off at once. Then when I called up HugeDomains for some help, the person on the phone was so rude and totally unhelpful. In the end, I had to fork over $1800 just to own the domain outright, and then on top of that they hit me with an extra $80 fee for no good reason. Trust me, you don't wanna mess with this company!
