Duplicate checks purchase
The process of buying stuff from this company can be a little tricky, so just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering checks - be careful with the "DUPLICATE" option. The copy on the duplicate form can be pretty light and tough to read unless you press down hard when writing. On the bright side, the shipping and processing times are speedy, and you can make changes to the checks, which is nice. But my main suggestion would be for the company to add a review or verification section to orders so customers can double-check everything before hitting that final order button.

I recently bought some clothes from this store and man, it was a total letdown. Everything started off fine when I placed my order, but after that, it was all downhill. The service I got was pretty bad - the staff was not very helpful and seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping customers like me. Plus, the prices were way too high for the quality of the stuff I got. Even though I paid extra, the clothes felt cheap and poorly put together. And don't even get me started on the delivery - it took forever! Overall, I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who wants a good shopping experience.

Bissel product bought for 499,- with a cashback offer of 80,-
I recently bought a Bissel product for $499, and they had a cashback offer of $80. I did everything they asked for, filled out all the forms correctly. Even though they initially rejected my cashback offer twice, I finally got confirmation that it was approved and we were supposed to get our $80 back in a certain amount of time. But it's been 4 months now and we haven't seen a penny. I'm really disappointed! This company isn't sticking to their own rules for the promotion. I bought two Bissel products which are great and work fine, but their customer service and cashback promises have been a mess. I've sent all our emails to the consumer association and a consumer awareness program, hoping they'll do something about it. I'm just not a happy customer!

Memory foam mattress for arthritis and back pain relief
After dealing with arthritis and a torn rotator cuff, my husband and I thought it was time to upgrade our old memory foam bed to a new comfy memory foam mattress that offers better support. The delivery went smoothly, and the sleep experience has been amazing. In just the first week, we've both been sleeping soundly through the night, and my husband's back pain has already improved. Oh my gosh, I got this really cute puffy jacket, but it started getting all fuzzy and gross after just wearing it a few times! I took really good care of it too, didn't even wash it or anything! Valentine bouquet disappointment
I got a Valentine's Day bouquet from someone special, but it was a total letdown. Supposed to be this amazing arrangement that was carefully put together and sent out overnight. But when it got here, I could hear broken glass in the box. Trying to get the flowers out, I ended up cutting my hand on the broken vase. Plus, lots of the flowers were messed up, bruised, and some even broken off the stems. Definitely not the beautiful bouquet I was expecting, especially considering how much my loved one paid for the "Margot" bouquet. I think a refund is needed here.

Unwanted renewal charges
This company is a nightmare. I didn't get an email reminding me my subscription was coming up for renewal before they charged me an arm and a leg for something I didn't even want. When I called customer service, they made me jump through hoops, just to turn around and deny my refund. Even though I called them the day my subscription renewed, they won't give me my money back. On top of all that, they overcharged me and bumped me up to a higher membership level without asking. It's not just me dealing with this, other folks are too, so it's obvious they're up to some shady stuff. And to top it off, their canned responses to negative feedback are just plain rude.

Domain purchase, using Namebright for management
This company is just a nightmare to deal with, let me tell you. So I bought a domain on a payment plan and they told me to use Namebright for managing it. But man, Namebright's website is a disaster! It's like super slow to load and looks like it's from the stone age or something. I swear, it's like they don't even want you to manage your domain so you're stuck paying it all off at once. Then when I called up HugeDomains for some help, the person on the phone was so rude and totally unhelpful. In the end, I had to fork over $1800 just to own the domain outright, and then on top of that they hit me with an extra $80 fee for no good reason. Trust me, you don't wanna mess with this company!

Background remover software disappointment
The background remover software really disappointed me. They claimed to have a "Bulk background remover" feature, but it was far from it. You can upload several images at a time, but you still have to remove the background for each one separately. It's a time-consuming and tedious process. Plus, you can't switch between images without losing all the work you've done on one. It's frustrating and not very efficient.

Relaxing Sleep-themed Subscription Box
The sleep-themed subscription box I bought back in September was all about relaxation and a good night's sleep. But, I gotta say, the aromatherapy sleep balm wasn't as strong as I hoped compared to other similar stuff I've tried. And that silk-like pillowcase? Felt more like a cheap synthetic material, which was a letdown considering how much I paid for the box.
The Sleep Journal was also a bit disappointing. It was basically just a blank book with a bunch of typos and errors - not what I was expecting at all. Makes me wonder about the attention to detail when they pick stuff for the box.
Overall, the idea behind the box was cool, but TheraBox really dropped the ball on the execution. Didn't get the shipping info I was promised, links to leave reviews were missing, and they forgot the bonus item entirely.
