I just bought 2 things and gotta say, I was so happy with the awesome customer service I got. I didn't realize there was a discount offer on Reverastrol products on June 20, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super quick and nice about giving me the discount on my order. And then I got the refund in my account in just a few hours! It's way better than the long wait times I'm used to at other stores. I love shopping here.
Quality products
I've been really impressed by the professionalism and quality of the stuff this company offers. Their customer service is awesome - you can call and talk to a real person, and they're also available on WhatsApp. I've been buying from them for a while now, and I can honestly say the products I've gotten have worked really well for me.
Late delivery, poor customer service, unresponsive
My recent experience with this company was really disappointing. I placed an order on the 3rd, and my delivery ended up arriving three days later than expected. And to top it off, they didn't even respond to my emails asking about the delay. When they finally did reply, they claimed they never received my messages and said they always respond, which I know isn't true because I have proof that I reached out to them. In my house, there are seven of us all working, so we all rely on the products we order. The delay really inconvenienced us - we had to juggle our schedules, spend extra money on transportation, and even rush to buy a similar product from a different brand when we realized our order wasn't coming. When we asked to return the late delivery, they refused and downplayed our concerns by saying a two-day delay isn't a big deal. Their lack of understanding and dismissal of our situation is really disappointing.
