Express delivery with additional fee
I decided to go for the fast shipping option by spending an extra $20 to get the item in two days. But it ended up taking more time than I thought, and I think I should get some money back as a refund or at least a partial refund for the delivery cost. Even though it was late, I'm happy with the product.

My recent experience with the customer service rep at Bare Necessities was amazing. I talked with a bra fit pro named Bianca who really went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I asked for help, Bianca was super nice, patient, and really knew her stuff. She listened to what I needed and gave me suggestions that were just right for me. Bianca's professionalism and dedication to making sure I was happy was really impressive. Her communication skills made everything easy and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and really cares about helping customers find what they need. I'm so thankful for her help and couldn't be happier with the service I got.

International shipping experience
I recently used international shipping services and had a not-so-great experience with one of the agents, Ms. Rachel. She was really strict about processing orders and wouldn't budge on allowing substitutions, even when asked. She even threatened to cancel my whole order if certain items weren't available, without offering any other options. That kind of inflexibility is unprofessional and can hurt a business that depends on happy customers. Customer service agents should be more flexible and understanding to make sure clients have a good experience.
