Broken ice maker
My ice maker broke, so I reached out to the company online and Vanessa Edwards was the one who helped me out. She not only answered all my questions, but also gave me clear directions on what to do next. She even went the extra mile to assist me with the shipping payment over the phone. Vanessa provided top-notch customer service - very professional and quick!
Unit with missing handles and wheels
I bought something from this company not too long ago, but it came without the handles and wheels it was supposed to have. Their customer service folks really came through in a big way though, they fixed the problem by sending me a new unit that was even bigger than the one I ordered, and they didn't charge me extra for it. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how they take care of their customers and make sure we're happy.
Portable AC
I bought a Portable AC from this company not long ago and had the pleasure of chatting with Elizabeth from customer service. I saw this YouTube vlog talking up their awesome customer service, so I thought, why not give them a shot? And let me tell you, I was not let down in the slightest. Elizabeth really knew her stuff, took the time with me, and gave me all the info I needed to make the right choice. Huge thanks for the fantastic service!

Whatever other product New Air selling are with me since long time and all working fine This seller is new for me This particular product attracted me
Though its cost is of one AC or nearer Just for my curiocity I bought it Rest featured like adjustment of heights and best covering area I dont know should suggest others to buy But i would like to suggest to check its specifications Undoubtedly it's very useful especially outside where AC can't be taken nor installed for small time but this can .
