Ordered dark tan boat shoes
I recently bought a pair of dark tan boat shoes from this store, and it was a total disaster. They sent me the wrong color twice, and their customer service was terrible. I contacted DXL Support twice to make sure they sent the right color, but they still got it wrong. And on top of that, they wouldn’t refund the original shipping cost and charged me extra to return the wrong shoes. I ended up losing almost $20, not just once, but twice. This has definitely been one of my most frustrating shopping experiences.

Late delivery, unhelpful customer service
I recently bought something from this online shop, thinking I'd get it pretty soon. But man, it actually took a whole 6 weeks for my stuff to show up. I needed it in a hurry, like within 2 weeks, so that was a major bummer. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the hold up, their customer service told me it was already on its way and couldn't be stopped. Not cool, right? They really didn't seem to care about my situation at all, which was a letdown.

Subscription renewal for Pro Tools
I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really disappointed about Pro Tools not having native support for Apple M1. It's been two years since Apple silicon was released, and I still can't use all my favorite plugins, especially the ones by Acustica. I just renewed my subscription for another year, hoping things would improve, but I'm starting to lose patience. Changing names all the time doesn't matter if the software isn't keeping up with new technology. If they don't fix this issue soon, I might have to think about switching brands. Customers can only put up with so much.

Replacement of faulty Hoka Speedgoat 5s
I was actually pretty irritated at first about sending the shoes back for inspection, but I gotta say, the service from Ryan and his crew totally blew me away. I was so impressed with how fast they turned things around – I sent the shoes back on Monday with that free postage label, and by Friday of the same week, I had a brand new pair. Now, I'm a super satisfied customer and I even decided to order another pair of Hokas for my wife. Big thanks to Ryan and the team for going above and beyond with their service!

She thanked me for being honest and gave me a discount code as a nice gesture for the trouble. It was really nice to get that without even asking for it.

Shoes and Hat
I got some really awesome shoes and a super cool hat from this store. They were so fresh and I love showing them off at school. The prices were pretty good too, and it only took a week to arrive at my house. The only thing is that the boxes were a little dirty on the outside, but the stuff inside was perfect. I don't get why everyone is griping - I think I lucked out with my order!
