    Wine cooler purchase

    My experience with NewAir was awesome. I was checking out wine coolers on YouTube and decided to go with them for my first one. When I got it home, I realized the water container for humidity was wrong. I contacted customer service and was impressed with how they took care of me. Charles Trapp, the guy I talked to, was super understanding and really went the extra mile to fix the issue. He had to get approval from his boss to send me the right part for free, but he kept me in the loop with four follow-up calls. That kind of personalized service really made me feel like they appreciated my business.

    Food order not delivered

    I gotta tell ya, I was so disappointed with my recent food order. Supposedly, the delivery guy was just 6 minutes away, but when I reached out to him, he said he already dropped off the food. Can you believe it? Some of the stuff missing was smoked salmon, hickory smoked ribs, crab cakes, and lobster bites. I was charged a whopping $289 for those missing items! When I tried to get a refund from Caviar, they said they couldn't help. So, I ended up deleting the app and from now on, I'll just go pick up my own food. I even had to get my bank involved to try and get my money back.

    Grass-fed, non-GMO beef purchase

    As someone who cares about where my food comes from, I was really happy to discover a supplier that aligns with my values for ethical and sustainable farming. The whole ordering and delivery experience went smoothly and everything arrived on time. The beef was top-notch - lean, tender, and just downright tasty. It definitely lived up to my standards for quality meat. Each cut I've tried has been impressive, so I'm definitely planning on coming back for more. I've even told some friends about this supplier because they also care about where their food comes from and the quality of what they're eating.

    Late delivery, unhelpful customer service

    I recently bought something from this online shop, thinking I'd get it pretty soon. But man, it actually took a whole 6 weeks for my stuff to show up. I needed it in a hurry, like within 2 weeks, so that was a major bummer. And when I tried to cancel my order because of the hold up, their customer service told me it was already on its way and couldn't be stopped. Not cool, right? They really didn't seem to care about my situation at all, which was a letdown.

    Subscription renewal for Pro Tools

    I've been a loyal customer for years, but I'm really disappointed about Pro Tools not having native support for Apple M1. It's been two years since Apple silicon was released, and I still can't use all my favorite plugins, especially the ones by Acustica. I just renewed my subscription for another year, hoping things would improve, but I'm starting to lose patience. Changing names all the time doesn't matter if the software isn't keeping up with new technology. If they don't fix this issue soon, I might have to think about switching brands. Customers can only put up with so much.

    Investment Issue

    As a customer, I am really unhappy with the service from this investment platform. I put $10,000 into a stock and when it started going up, they froze it, so I couldn't sell and ended up losing $70,000. Another stock I have is up 20 cents, but I can't sell it at the higher price. This whole situation has me doubting if this platform is trustworthy. I'm trying to get help to fix these problems and get my money back.

    I had a problem with my order delivery recently, so I had to contact the delivery company and customer service for help. The customer service team was quick to respond to my email and checked into my claim. Luckily, my products arrived in the meantime. I emailed customer service again to let them know, and I got a nice email back from a rep named Charlotte C. She thanked me for being honest and gave me a discount code as a nice gesture for the trouble. It was really nice to get that without even asking for it.

    Shoes and Hat

    I got some really awesome shoes and a super cool hat from this store. They were so fresh and I love showing them off at school. The prices were pretty good too, and it only took a week to arrive at my house. The only thing is that the boxes were a little dirty on the outside, but the stuff inside was perfect. I don't get why everyone is griping - I think I lucked out with my order!
