I decided to give them another chance and ordered two more containers from their website, only to find yet another wood chip in one of them. I mean, come on! This is just not right. This whole situation has me thinking about changing how I shop - maybe I'll just start getting my stuff delivered so I don't have to deal with that kind of crappy service in person.

I recently bought something online and ran into a problem with my payment getting charged twice for an item that was on backorder. First, I got an email letting me know about the backorder, which was okay. But then, two days later, I noticed they took more money from my debit card for the same item. When I tried calling customer service, I found out the phone line closes at 5pm, so I tried using the online chat. The person I talked to seemed confused at first, saying payments only happen when items are shipped, and backordered things don't get charged until they're sent out. I had to clarify that I got charged twice, and then they said there was a problem with their billing system and there was no quick fix. They said they'd check on it, but later told me they'd be out of the office for a few days. This whole thing is stressing me out because the extra charge means my bills won't go through on time. So, I'm asking for a refund for the extra money they took.

The food here is good but honestly, it takes way too long to get to you. They use some cheap shipping method and who knows how long things stay fresh for. I mean, the USDA says fish only lasts 4 days at most, but this place claims it's good for over 7 days - like, come on! Plus, it takes like 3-4 days just to ship it to you. What a hassle!
