    LEGO Order Suspension

    I had a really bad experience with an online LEGO order recently. I placed a few orders, but then out of the blue, they told me my future orders were cancelled because I supposedly violated their policies. I was so surprised by this and upset that they didn't give me a clear reason or any proof. The customer service person accused me of getting something for free in a sneaky way, which I completely disagree with. If anyone else is dealing with something like this, I recommend talking to a lawyer because it seems like LEGO is just making random decisions without good reasons. The email they sent me was dismissive and didn't give me a chance to talk about it or clear things up, which made me feel really frustrated and like I had no power against their unfair treatment.

    I used to enjoy building with building blocks, but with all the different brands available now, I can't stand the original brand anymore. I used to really like it, but when I heard about a store owner in Germany having trouble with the company, I switched to a different brand. And let me tell you, I am never going back to the original brand! The new building blocks are just as fun to play with, and I don't have to support a company that's so strict with its rules.

    Unresponsive customer service

    The customer service at this company is terrible. They don't respond to emails and when they do, it's like they didn't even read what I wrote. The answers they give are useless and don't fix the problem. I've been trying to get a refund for a delivery I couldn't cancel for 4 weeks now. I sent the package back in December and still haven't gotten my money back. It's really frustrating and not okay.

    Recent LEGO purchase

    The website looks nice, but it's pretty slow to get around on. They have a good variety of LEGO sets, but my overall experience was kind of meh. I tried using the "pay later" option, but got an email three days later saying I needed to pay upfront. When I asked about how much I could defer payment, customer service couldn't give me a straight answer, even though that option is supposed to be available for every order. It was a bummer that I couldn't pay with ideal, too. They said delivery would be 2-3 business days, but it took 7-8 working days because of payment processing delays. The tracking system was all over the place; one day it would say my package was still in the warehouse, then all of a sudden it said it was delivered. Despite all these problems, the customer service reps were nice, but they couldn't really do much to help with the delays.

    I'm a regular customer of this company and I've bought a bunch of stuff on their website. I always think their customer service team is top-notch - super efficient and friendly.     Motor set replacement

    The service from this company was amazing, way better than I expected. I had a problem with a broken motor set at first, but they replaced the whole thing in just a week!     LEGO McLaren F1 Car missing piece

    I just got the LEGO McLaren F1 Car set and was pumped to start building it. But, man, when I opened the box, I saw a piece was missing. I reached out to LEGO to ask for the missing piece, but they hit me back saying they couldn't send it for different reasons. I even told them the missing piece was messed up, but got the same response. It's such a bummer 'cause I was so eager to finish the set.

    I recently bought something online and ran into a problem with my payment getting charged twice for an item that was on backorder. First, I got an email letting me know about the backorder, which was okay. But then, two days later, I noticed they took more money from my debit card for the same item. When I tried calling customer service, I found out the phone line closes at 5pm, so I tried using the online chat. The person I talked to seemed confused at first, saying payments only happen when items are shipped, and backordered things don't get charged until they're sent out. I had to clarify that I got charged twice, and then they said there was a problem with their billing system and there was no quick fix. They said they'd check on it, but later told me they'd be out of the office for a few days. This whole thing is stressing me out because the extra charge means my bills won't go through on time. So, I'm asking for a refund for the extra money they took.

    Harry Potter LEGO sets

    My son and I have been getting into collecting the Harry Potter sets lately. We've run into a few issues though - missing pieces in 6 sets and a duplicate bag in an Advent calendar. But, I was able to easily get all the missing pieces sorted out, and a new bag for the calendar is coming our way. I chatted with a staff member and they've been really helpful. I think it all comes down to how you talk to them. I believe in treating others the way you want to be treated. From what I've seen, they're doing a great job!

    Missing piece in Buggatti Chiron set

    I was putting together my Buggatti Chiron set and noticed a piece was missing. I tried to request it online, but when I realized I couldn't finish building the next day, I decided to call customer service. They told me it might take up to two weeks to get the missing piece, but they also said they'd send me a small set for free that had the same missing part. Eventually, the piece I requested arrived, but it didn't take as long as expected. Their service was truly top-notch, and it's no wonder they've been around for 90 years.

    LEGO Order (USD 500) for holiday gift

    I recently ordered some LEGO sets as gifts for the holidays, hoping to get them in time for the special day. Unfortunately, the package arrived almost a week late, which really bummed out me and my family. The delay totally ruined the holiday vibe for my loved ones who were super excited about their gifts. Even though I contacted customer service to talk about how upset I was, they didn't really seem to care and didn't offer anything to make up for the inconvenience. It was pretty disappointing how little they cared about making customers happy. From now on, I think I'll look into other places to buy LEGO sets so I can avoid dealing with this kind of thing again.

    LEGO set purchase for 8-year-old

    I just got my hands on this LEGO kit for my kid who just turned 8, and let me tell you, it was a solid experience.     Lego games is a point where I spend big money every month ,as I have three kids.All boys.
    Anyone can understand three kids in a home can't stick on one game in playing hours.
    I don't know what are the games by their names but sometimes their sound irritate me but I have to bear because they are my kids.
    My happiness is ,boys are happy with Lego and same time my worries is I am loosing my hard earned money every day.
