Recent delivery mishap
I had another problem with my delivery on my last order. The courier this time didn't take a photo of where they left my package like they did with my last order. So now I can't find it and it's frustrating that they don't have good ways for customers to communicate about this. I tried to reach out through live chat but had trouble entering my order number. This whole thing has been a hassle and I don't plan on buying from them again.
