I got this Mini PC from this company, but it came broken. However, their customer service really impressed me. When I reached out to them, they quickly set up a replacement to be sent out. They even took care of all the shipping costs to send back the broken one. Their prompt response and how smoothly they handled everything really made me happy. Movies, Online Shopping
I've been really enjoying buying movies online lately! I think I've done it like seven times already since August, and it's been so easy every time. I usually get my movies from Universal (Warner) Home Entertainment, which is awesome because they have a ton of really cool films to choose from. Plus, the shipping is surprisingly quick, even though it's free (usually only takes 3-5 days). They always have great sales going on too, like getting two blurays for $12 or three for $15.99. The only things I think could be improved is that the shopping cart setup is a bit confusing, and sometimes movies sell out and don't come back in stock right away. Also, the shipping updates on the website are slow and you have to manually enter the tracking number into the USPS site. But despite those minor issues, I still really love buying movies from there!

I gotta be honest, I was a little let down by my latest buy on this website. I made it crystal clear that I didn't want the white part of my pic on the shirt, but lo and behold, it still came out with the white ink. Bummer, right? Even with that slip-up, my time dealing with this company was alright. The shirt ended up being darker than I thought, but it's all good. I bought it as a gift, so fingers crossed the person getting it won't even notice the mix-up.

New Devotional Book
I recently bought a new devotional book from FaithGateway, and I have to say, I was incredibly disappointed with the whole thing. The ordering process was a mess. The website was slow and hard to use, which made it really frustrating to find what I wanted. I had to place my order multiple times because the site kept crashing, which was beyond annoying. On top of that, the prices were way too high. I could have gotten the same book for a much better deal somewhere else. And let me tell you about the delivery - it took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, the package was all messed up, and the book had some torn pages. Overall, my experience with FaithGateway was awful, and I won't be shopping there again.

Even though I bought a bunch of home decor stuff, the person helping me, who I think was a manager, seemed like they didn't really care. It's pretty disappointing to spend a lot of money and not get the good service you deserve. They didn't seem interested in helping me and were kinda rude the whole time. Good customer service is super important when you're shopping, and this place just didn't meet my expectations.
