    Student trumpet and supplies

    I just got my middle schooler a student trumpet and some supplies from this store and I gotta tell you, I am really impressed. The trumpet was in great shape and my son has been playing way better since he got it. It's so important for beginners to have the right instrument, and this trumpet is just right for him. Ordering was easy-peasy and the shipping was super quick, which was a nice bonus. Since there aren't as many local music stores around anymore, I'll definitely be returning here for all our music needs down the road.

    I bought some instrument accessories from this place not too long ago. The stuff was alright, but man, let me tell you - the flood of annoying promo emails I've been getting since then is driving me crazy! I've unsubscribed like a million times, tried changing my settings - nothing works. Every day I'm still bombarded with emails that I couldn't care less about. It's seriously ticking me off and ruining my impression of this company.

    Saw something cool online

    I was online the other day and found something really cool that I wanted to buy. I didn't even sign up or purchase anything, but now I keep getting tons of emails from them every day trying to get me to buy stuff. I tried to unsubscribe, but it didn't even work. I even called them and they said they would stop sending me emails, but they're still flooding my inbox. It's seriously driving me crazy!

    Trick drum pedals purchase

    My recent experience with this company and their trick drum pedals was a total letdown. I ordered them back in November and was supposed to get them in December. But the delivery kept getting delayed because they said the item was on backorder. Turns out, they were lying about the product being available which just made everything take way longer than it needed to. Total bummer.

    Harmonica purchase

    I just bought a harmonica from this company, and let me tell you, I was really disappointed with how it all went down. First of all, the tracking number they gave me was totally useless. I tried to ask about where my order was through email, but got no response. It wasn't until the harmonica showed up at my door that I even knew it was coming. The lack of communication and customer service is just not cool. And on top of that, their website didn't even update to show that the harmonica had been delivered, which made me feel like they didn't really care about me once they got my money. I saved a few bucks on the harmonica, but the hassle and disrespect weren't worth it. I won't be shopping with them again.

    Digital piano purchase

    I bought a digital piano from Woodwind & Brasswind not long ago. Unfortunately, when it got to me, it was completely dead despite shelling out nearly $2000 for it. I contacted customer service and they told me I could send it back. But the idea of dismantling and repacking a 200-pound instrument seemed like a real pain. So, I asked if I could get a technician to come fix it instead, which ended up taking a while to organize. The customer service rep I dealt with was really helpful and always got back to me quickly. However, I found out that the replacement parts for the piano wouldn't be available until February. That meant I wouldn't be able to play the piano for a few months after buying it.

    I had a good experience at first with their instrument repair services, but now I'm annoyed by all the emails I keep getting even after trying to unsubscribe multiple times. It's really frustrating that they make it so hard to stop getting the emails by making you send a separate email. It's just not cool.

    Buying a saxophone from Woodwind & Brasswind was a total nightmare. They kept sending me tons of emails even after I tried to stop them, and their service department was basically useless. It shows that they don't really know what they're doing if they can't even handle something basic like an email list. I just want a company that's organized and treats me right, and they definitely didn't deliver on that.

    Clarinet mask

    I bought this clarinet mask for my daughter like two years back so she could use it at school. Out of the blue, I got this call and voicemail from some guy saying he's my account manager and wants to chat about stuff. Super weird, right? And on a Sunday, no less. It was kind of unsettling, definitely not a fun time.
