Review about: Woodwind & Brasswind
Digital piano purchase
I bought a digital piano from Woodwind & Brasswind not long ago. Unfortunately, when it got to me, it was completely dead despite shelling out nearly $2000 for it. I contacted customer service and they told me I could send it back. But the idea of dismantling and repacking a 200-pound instrument seemed like a real pain. So, I asked if I could get a technician to come fix it instead, which ended up taking a while to organize. The customer service rep I dealt with was really helpful and always got back to me quickly. However, I found out that the replacement parts for the piano wouldn't be available until February. That meant I wouldn't be able to play the piano for a few months after buying it.

I really think being part of this organization has totally changed the game for me. The Honor Society has not only linked me with students from all over the world, but it's also given me access to opportunities I wouldn't have had otherwise. One of the best parts about being a member is all the scholarships and programs that are up for grabs. These resources have been super helpful in helping me reach my education and career goals.
