Euphonium with sticky valve
I bought a new euphonium online, but one of the valves was really sticky and made it impossible to play. When I reached out to customer service about the problem, they told me they only sell the instruments and don't help with any issues that come up. They suggested I take the euphonium to a repair shop on my own. Plus, if I wanted to return it, I'd have to pay for the shipping within 30 days. Overall, this whole thing has been super annoying and not easy at all. I definitely don't recommend buying wind instruments from this website.
