Chicken tenders, individual proteins, salmon, cauliflower & broccoli
The food at this place is so delicious! I really enjoyed the chicken tenders, and the salmon and chicken options were amazing. The salmon dishes were also really yummy. My only suggestion would be to cut the broccoli into smaller pieces because it's hard to eat when you're on the move. Also, some of the meals had too many shredded carrots and not enough broccoli. They should balance it out better! The prices are a bit high for what you get, so maybe they could add more veggies or something. But all in all, the food is really tasty!

Small portion sizes
I'm really let down by how tiny the servings are at this place. The meals here are way smaller than other places I've eaten at before. If you're someone with a big hunger, this spot won't satisfy you. The pictures on their website are super deceiving because what they show is totally different from what you actually receive. I've tried two other meal plans that give you much bigger servings and are more worth the cost. Don't waste your time being disappointed - I recommend checking out other options like Freshly or fresh meal plan.
First-time order for elderly parents
My folks, who are getting up there in age, had never given this service a shot, so I thought I'd order them a couple of meals to give it a go. But, turns out, they weren't too thrilled with the grub and told me not to send it their way again. When I tried to stop the subscription on the website, I couldn't find a way to do it. This whole situation has me worried that they might keep charging me for meals I don't want without even asking.

Emergency Order Rescheduling
I had a family emergency that required me to leave town for a while, so I reached out to the company well before my delivery was scheduled to ask if they could reschedule. I explained everything and just asked if they could move my order to the next week because of the circumstances. Unfortunately, they flat-out refused to make any changes, even though the food wasn't going to be shipped for days. It was really disappointing to see them be so cold and uncaring when I trusted them to help with my dietary needs. In tough times, a little understanding and flexibility can make a big difference, but this company wouldn't budge from their rules and showed no compassion. So I decided to cancel my subscription right then and there, and I won't support a business that can't show basic human decency.
Late meal delivery
My food deliveries from OnTrac were constantly late when I was getting meals from them. I mean, seriously, if I wanted to wait for days for my food, I could have just shopped at the store. And to top it off, these were meals that could go bad, so it was even more frustrating that they were late. The whole idea of a meal delivery service is for it to be easy and on schedule, but that was not the case for me. I was definitely not happy with the service.
My grub, took forever
The food here is good but honestly, it takes way too long to get to you. They use some cheap shipping method and who knows how long things stay fresh for. I mean, the USDA says fish only lasts 4 days at most, but this place claims it's good for over 7 days - like, come on! Plus, it takes like 3-4 days just to ship it to you. What a hassle!
