Mother's Day flowers
I decided to order a fancy bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day to make my mom feel extra special, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The flowers didn't show up when they were supposed to, and the company kept telling me they were on the way for almost a week before completely disappearing. The lack of communication and all the empty promises just left me feeling frustrated and really disappointed. I tried to contact them several times to fix the problem, but all they did was refund my card without even trying to make things right. It felt like they didn't care at all about the inconvenience they caused or how upset my family was. I definitely won't be using them again, and I'd recommend others to stay away from them too.

I gotta tell you, I thought I had seen bad customer service before, but this company really takes the cake. I ordered some clothes and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. Hair regrowth device malfunction
I had a good run with the hair regrowth device and it seemed to work real well for a few years. But now, I'm having a problem where it won't turn on and just keeps beeping. Even though the blue lights are on, the cap battery pack beeps but the red lights don't come on. I'm worried because it was fully charged and never had this issue before. I'm not sure if the sensor or the battery pack is the problem.

Air monitors (indoor and outdoor) and masks
I just bought two air monitors - one for inside and one for outside, along with some masks. But man, I've been really let down by the quality of these things. The indoor monitor got so hot I thought it was gonna melt, and then the back just fell off. And the outdoor monitor flat out stopped working. And the masks? They didn't even do a good job blocking out dust, plus they made it hard to breathe while wearing them. Can you believe I got these about a year ago?
