Oh my goodness, I can't even believe how incredible this eye serum is! I snagged it for half price and they threw in some free samples, like, what?! I've been using it forever and it seriously makes such a difference. I slather it all over my face and it gives me such a radiant, smooth look. I've tried other Vitamin C serums before, but this one is just amazing, seriously!

I bought this floor lamp from the company thinking I was supporting American-made products, but turns out it was made in China. And to make matters worse, the price was way higher than on other sites that had similar lamps. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times but never got a response. I was pretty bummed about the high price and the lack of customer service.

Air monitors (indoor and outdoor) and masks
I just bought two air monitors - one for inside and one for outside, along with some masks. But man, I've been really let down by the quality of these things. The indoor monitor got so hot I thought it was gonna melt, and then the back just fell off. And the outdoor monitor flat out stopped working. And the masks? They didn't even do a good job blocking out dust, plus they made it hard to breathe while wearing them. Can you believe I got these about a year ago?

Outdoor furniture set
I recently bought an outdoor furniture set from this company and it has been a complete nightmare. First off, the website is tricky because it looks like it's in the UK, but turns out my stuff was shipped from China without me knowing beforehand. On top of that, the payment system is also from China, so be prepared for those extra fees unless you use a specific card. And to make things even worse, my furniture never showed up, and now I have to contact some random @hotmail email address to maybe get my money back. They're not getting away with this - I'm going to dispute the charge on my credit card soon. Avoid this shady company at all costs.
