First of all, these are technologically outdated devices from a company that positions itself as Swiss, although it operates out of Germany, and the devices themselves are manufactured in China.
Second, the quality of the device’s monitor corresponds to technology that is at least 15–20 years old.
Third, there is absolutely no communication with customers. They never respond to any written inquiries and do not address any claims regarding device defects.
In summary, you are purchasing an outdated piece of technology at a grossly inflated price, and if it fails at any point during its service life—including upon receipt—you will be left with nothing. That is, you will receive no assistance whatsoever, and the device can only be thrown away, as it will not be replaced under any circumstances.
Conclusion: a big, emphatic DO NOT RECOMMEND.Air purifier
Man, let me tell you, this company's customer service is a total disaster. I've tried hitting them up in every way possible - support tickets, online chat, even reaching out to the big bosses - but I haven't heard squat back. Tech support? Awful. Their system? Full of bugs. It's like they're a ghost town over there - no one to actually help customers or fix anything. I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy.
Expensive units, high cost of replacement filters
The air purifiers cost a lot of money to own and maintain because you have to spend over $300 on new filters every 6-18 months. Even so, I think these products work really well, which is why I have a few of them. But when I tried to use the warranty for two trays that had worn-out rubber seals, I was let down. I thought they would be covered by the 10-year warranty, but IQ Air said they weren't. It's frustrating that they denied my claim over a small expense of $70, and now I'm not happy with their customer service at all.
Air quality sensor purchase
I just bought this air quality sensor from this company, and man was I let down. The website said the air in my area was nice and clean, even though there was an official alert for pollution. And get this - to double-check the readings, they wanted me to drop 320 bucks on another sensor. Total rip off if you ask me.
Air monitors (indoor and outdoor) and masks
I just bought two air monitors - one for inside and one for outside, along with some masks. But man, I've been really let down by the quality of these things. The indoor monitor got so hot I thought it was gonna melt, and then the back just fell off. And the outdoor monitor flat out stopped working. And the masks? They didn't even do a good job blocking out dust, plus they made it hard to breathe while wearing them. Can you believe I got these about a year ago?
Lovely experience
IQ air mask is something i needed for such a long time!! I have asthma and i need fresh air , however since i dont travel allot i dont need to take care of that thing but some time i have to go to the areas where the air pollution is too bad. For those time, i really prefer this. the mask is air tight with complete seal, one breath i feel good all over. the feeling is so fresh and i am in love with the mask . The wearing is not an issue, its comfortable and i can wear it for longer time
