Online course selection
I can't believe all the bad reviews going around about this place. I mean, seriously, do your homework before you start trashing something that's putting out good stuff. The courses cover topics in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and they really get into some subjects that aren't found anywhere else. The content selection is excellent, and they provide code-along files to help you practice your new skills. This is where I really started learning.
Course coverage inquiry
I asked which course covers a particular topic, but I didn't get a clear answer, which doesn't give me much confidence in the support I could get after buying. It's worrisome that a simple question was left without a response.
Misleading free trial
I signed up for the free trial thinking I could check out the service before committing to it. But of course, they go ahead and charge my card right away. When I asked for a refund, they said no way because they had already deleted my info. Seriously, what kind of lame excuse is that? Total scam! I don't even use the site that much, but they keep hitting me with annual subscription charges. Sneaky and definitely hurting my wallet. I'm going to fight to get my money back because this is just not right. Gotta make sure justice is served.
Lots of improvements
I've been using this thing for a while and they've made a bunch of changes that are really cool. The new content is awesome and I'm loving it. Keep it up, guys!
Online learning platform
As a developer, I really find this online learning platform super useful. It's my number one go-to for all kinds of topics, like a library that I can dive into whenever I need to. One thing that could make it even better is if there was a way to do more specific searches by topic. Sometimes the video titles don't give the whole picture of what's actually covered in the video, so being able to search more effectively would be a big help. But overall, I gotta give props to the team behind this platform for the great work they've put in and the top-notch content they provide.
Lifetime subscription deal killed
I mean, come on, isn't it common sense for a company to follow through on the agreements they made when they bought another company? Cancelling my lifetime subscription to TrainSimple is completely unfair. I trusted them when I signed up for this lifetime access, and now I feel like I've been lied to. It's really aggravating to see businesses care more about money than keeping their customers happy. Pluralsight had the chance to do the right thing by honoring the promises TrainSimple made, but they dropped the ball.
Previous customer experience
I've used this company before and decided to give it another shot recently. But man, I ran into a bunch of issues when I tried to make a payment. I tried using my Visa and Mastercard, but for some reason, neither transaction went through. Then when I tried to use Paypal, I got hit with a notice saying I didn't have enough funds because the company was trying to charge me more than we agreed on. That lack of transparency and surprise charge really turned me off, so I ended up going with a different provider. On top of that, their website was a pain to navigate and their customer support took forever to get back to me.
Subscription renewal from expired card
I had a problem with the company's subscription renewal. Even though my debit card was expired, they still auto-renewed it without telling me. I had to deal with getting a refund and canceling the subscription, which was annoying. It was disappointing since the company is known in the industry. Their subscription deals were confusing and it was hard to cancel. Customer service was okay when I complained, but now I'm not sure if I want to use their services again.
Online course for Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification
I just finished up this great online course to get my Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification. It was awesome! There were quizzes all along the way to test what I was learning, which really kept me on my toes. The content was super engaging and I feel like it really helped me get ready for the certification exam. I'd totally suggest this course to anyone wanting to learn more about Google Cloud services.
Video loading issues
Man, these video loading problems on this platform are driving me crazy. Every time I try to watch a video, it just won't load. I gotta reach out to customer support and then wait a whole day for them to fix it. It's been happening over and over again, and it's seriously messing with my ability to learn.
Robbed
They took my money by enrolling me in auto-renewal and charging my card without even giving me a heads up. Can't even get a refund, just total thieves!
Subscription renewal
My experience with the subscription renewal was awful. I had no idea I was going to get charged again for another year and had a hard time trying to cancel it. The company's terms and conditions were confusing, and it put me in a tough spot trying to prevent getting charged again.
IT Training Subscription
I just signed up for this IT training platform and man, let me tell you, it was totally worth it. The videos were super pro, the language was easy to follow, and the production quality was on point. I stuck with it for about a year and a half, and I gotta say, I really learned a ton. Yeah, it cost a bit more than some other options out there, but the content was top-notch.
Year long subscription
I recently bought a year-long subscription and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the customer support I got. I mean, I paid for a whole year of access, but my account got shut down after only 4 months. When I tried to reach out for help, it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack - couldn't get a hold of a real person no matter what I did. Every time I called their support line, I just got some automated message telling me to shoot them an email, then the call ended. And even after I sent that email, still haven't heard squat back from them. Now I'm stuck with no access to the courses I paid for and no solution in sight. Gotta reach out to my credit card company and dispute the charge, because this company ain't holding up their end of the deal. I don't care how good their courses are if they can't back it up with solid customer support.
Online course subscription
I was really let down by the online course subscription service I got. I thought it’d be a good learning opportunity, but instead I ended up stuck in an auto-renewal mess. When I tried to cancel, customer support was MIA, making me feel upset and lied to. It seems like their focus is on making a quick buck instead of caring about keeping customers happy in the long run. Honestly, if they keep treating people like this, I don’t see them lasting much longer.
12-month subscription service
As a customer who signed up my service desk for a 12-month subscription, I was pretty bummed by how unclear the terms and conditions were. We didn't use the platform enough to make it worth the cost, but then we got stuck with a $3500 bill for not canceling within 30 days. The sales rep didn't really explain this part well, which left us feeling frustrated and strapped for cash. I'd suggest others take a good look at the terms before doing business with this company to steer clear of money problems.
Nightmare payment process
This website is such a pain to deal with when it comes to managing your payment info. They won't let you take off your payment method, which is so frustrating. On top of that, their support team is totally MIA and won't help with canceling your account.
Employer-paid training
I've used the training services every now and then, usually when my employer foots the bill or if I snag a free trial. But man, can I just say, the content is just not cutting it for me. Feels like whoever's making these courses isn't really putting in the effort to keep things fresh and valuable. Honestly, why should I bother paying for this stuff when there's so much better and free content on YouTube?
Useful products
Great and Innovative idea Collective practical knowledge at one place with minimum cost is may be a dream for many people and companies as well
All segments are useful I am also one of them who used their first gen days trial free just to know what and how this program is edge rive and practically useful.Thousand of companies are working and claiming too they are best in this field but truth can't be judge from out side by reading users reviews where maximum are not supportive at all
More then dozens of practical subjects added in packages ,subject to the learners intention and zeal how serious about the goal.
