I bought something real pricey from this online shop and returning it was a nightmare. So, I tried their return service and got a totally different item from some other place, not my moola back. When I reached out to customer service, they straight up called me a liar and wouldn't own up to their goof. Really sucks that a big company like that would stoop to ripping people off like that.

Thankfully, I stumbled upon another site, KTM World, where I could get most of the missing parts with top-notch customer service. So, I booked this hotel online for my trip to Gran Canaria, right? But when I got there, turns out they messed up and double-booked my room.
