Multiple items from the Oxford store
I recently bought some stuff at the Oxford store and I was really happy with it. The things I got were really nice and they had a lot of options. But when I got back to Cornwall, I realized that I needed to return a sweater that didn't fit right. I was bummed out when I found out that I couldn't mail back the sweater and I couldn't even talk to someone on customer service. It's frustrating not being able to get help when I had such a good time shopping in the store.
cute shirts
The place was pretty good. They had some really cute shirts, but man, the line was ridiculous! And then when I finally made it up to pay, they took forever to ring me up. They definitely need to pick up the pace! But hey, at least the cashier was super nice.
Expensive item
I bought something real pricey from this online shop and returning it was a nightmare. So, I tried their return service and got a totally different item from some other place, not my moola back. When I reached out to customer service, they straight up called me a liar and wouldn't own up to their goof. Really sucks that a big company like that would stoop to ripping people off like that.
Return process
I can't believe how frustrating it is dealing with this company's return process. I have to practically beg for a refund every time, which is just ridiculous. Why do I always have to keep reminding them to give me my money back? It's such a waste of my time. The customer service team is seriously dropping the ball when it comes to being prompt and accountable. And to top it off, not getting compensated for all this trouble is just not right. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to get a refund after returning something.
And don't get me started on the website. It's like a time machine back to the early internet days with all the errors and glitches I encounter. How can a company that prides itself on being modern and innovative have such an outdated site? It's really disappointing for a company that's supposed to be reputable to have such a terrible online presence. Makes you wonder if they're really as reliable and trustworthy as they claim to be.Jacket purchase
This store is terrible. I got a jacket a couple months back and the zipper broke pretty quickly. I brought it back to the store and they didn’t do anything about it, no exchange or nothing. The quality of the product is awful and the service is even worse.
Three coats
I just wanted to share about a frustrating situation I had buying three coats from this store. When I returned them, I only got reimbursed for two coats even though I sent all three back. It's really disappointing that they can't own up to their mistake and handle returns properly. It's been a letdown and has made me really unhappy with their service in general.
Cargo joggers purchase
I just bought some cargo joggers from this store for about $100. But man, what a letdown. After I washed them, two of the pairs shrunk and changed color – and I swear I followed the care instructions to a tee. When I contacted customer service about it, they basically accused me of making it up. It's frustrating that they won't own up to their mistake and handle customer complaints better. I'm really bummed out about the whole thing.
Track pants
Dude, that website I was trying to buy track pants from was super frustrating. It was so slow, I would click on something and just have to sit there forever waiting for the next page to load. And going back to a page I was just on? Forget about it, felt like I was constantly tapping my screen. I eventually just gave up and went to a different site that actually functioned properly.
Basic t-shirts
The ordering process went really smoothly. The instructions were clear and I got prompts to fill in any info they needed. The staff at the store was amazing – super knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the perfect size. The pricing for the basic t-shirts was fair considering how good the material is. My order showed up quick and in perfect shape.
Bought shirt and pants
I ordered some clothes online and when I got home from school, my package was missing! They claimed it was delivered, but it wasn't there. The delivery guy even took a picture with some random dude, definitely not me. And now they won't give me my money back! It's totally unfair!
Waistcoat purchase
I bought a waistcoat for my husband from the store, but it turned out to be too small. When I checked the website for the return policy, I was disappointed to see that they changed it. Now, items bought online can't be returned in-store, only by mail or exchanged for something else in-store. But if you exchange it, you can't do any more returns or exchanges. This doesn't seem fair to me, and I'm thinking about reaching out to the Trading Standards Office to get some answers. It's really sad to see a brand I used to like doing stuff like this.
Down coat purchase
I bought a down coat online and was so let down when the feathers began coming out right away. I reached out to customer service, sent them pictures within a week of buying it, but they told me nothing was wrong and to just push the feathers back in. That's not okay! I've been buying these coats every year and never had this happen. Now, customer service won't respond to me at all, so I'm out $90 with no coat. It's terrible customer support and shady business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your reputation is seriously suffering.
5 shirts
I've been buying from this brand for a while now and I've always liked their shirts. But the last time I got five shirts, I was really let down by the quality. When I put on one of the shirts for the first time, the material ripped on both sleeves without me even doing anything - it's like the fabric was just too weak and cheap. I tried contacting the company a few times, sending all the info and pics they needed, but they flat out refused to give me a new shirt or my money back. Now I'm not so sure about buying from them again, this whole thing really changed my opinion about the brand.
Online purchase issue
I had a really frustrating situation with an online order that never made it to me. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help and gave me wrong info. They claimed my stuff got delivered to someone in my mom's town, but it was from a different company altogether. It was really disappointing that no one took responsibility or tried to fix the problem, especially since this was my mom's first online order. Online order mishap
I was really hesitant about ordering online, but I had to because the sizes I needed weren't available in stores. The delivery was a complete disaster - Yodel managed to mess it up big time. They didn't even try to deliver my parcel and just sent it off to some random depot in the middle of nowhere. Seriously, what was I even paying for? I live in London, and the fact that I had to make a two-hour trip just to pick up my order is ridiculous. The customer service was no help at all, they only offered a refund once the parcel was sent back - a process that's going to take forever. This whole situation just proves that they don't care about their customers. I highly doubt I'll ever get my refund. Stay away from this place at all costs.
Online order not delivered
My experience with ordering online from this place was a total nightmare. The package never made it to me, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they just kept pointing fingers. Even though I specifically asked for it not to be left in a public spot, they insisted that it was delivered correctly. Now I'm left with nothing but a lighter wallet and no resolution in sight. Such a frustrating waste of time and money!
Returned Item Refund Issue
I had a really bad experience with getting a refund for three items I returned to the store. They only refunded me for two of the items. When I tried to contact customer service about it, they said they would check with the warehouse to fix it. But then a few days later, I got an email saying the warehouse only found two items in the package and couldn't help me anymore. It's frustrating because I know there was a third item - a big coat that couldn't have been overlooked. It's disappointing to see others have had similar problems in reviews. I'd warn people about ordering online because you might lose money even though it's not your fault.
Excellent products
Great collection of cashmere items.I always prefer to buy from this segment either small or big. Beanies, gloves and jumpers ,lovely colors and affordable rates .Very good collections I have from cashmere apparels .Here offers are so good I couldn't left the site without bookings .
Delivered me little late then usual I receive parcels as I am mid of the city .
Thermal leggings and Heattech warm lined trousers is very comfortable, great colors ,this is called quality in my view.Probably someone may find it little confusing in photograph but physically these are really greater then my thought.
Such kind of shops can be visited again n again.
