3 cotton crew necks
I just bought 3 cotton crew necks from the store and I gotta say, I wasn't too happy with them. The Limited Edition crew necks I got on 07/8 had a saggy neck collar, which was a letdown. I've been shopping at this men's wear store for a while now and usually have good luck with their stuff, but this time was a miss. The RN number for the product is 97404-38M74B536AMR/10001.

First online frame purchase
I've been getting back into drawing animals lately, and I needed some frames for my art. Art To Frames had a ton of choices and the sizing was perfect! The first frame I ordered was amazing and really made my drawing pop. I ended up getting another frame, and it was just as awesome. I'm really excited to finish my next drawing and frame it with Art To Frames!

Online purchase issue
I had a really frustrating situation with an online order that never made it to me. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were no help and gave me wrong info. They claimed my stuff got delivered to someone in my mom's town, but it was from a different company altogether. It was really disappointing that no one took responsibility or tried to fix the problem, especially since this was my mom's first online order. The way the customer service rep brushed off my concerns just made things worse. This whole thing has left me feeling pretty upset, and I'd advise people to think twice before ordering from this company online.
