    I can't believe I didn't check the reviews before I signed up for Leadfeeder! They totally caught me off guard with their renewal policy. They just unexpectedly sent me a bill, and when I questioned it, they hit me with some hidden clause about canceling before the new billing cycle. I mean, really? Who actually reads all that fine print? It just stressed me out and wasted so much of my time trying to figure it all out. Ugh!

    Company IP tracking tool

    Leadfeeder is a tool that gives company IP information from tracking cookies, but it might not be the best for marketers who are all about retargeting and remarketing. There are other tools, like Hubspot and Zoominfo, that offer similar features, so it might be a good idea to check out some other options before settling on Leadfeeder. Plus, the pricing of $12k per year with an automatic renewal can be a little worrisome. Users have raised concerns about the lack of communication from customer service about renewal dates and the aggressive payment collection tactics post-renewal. These issues make me question the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. My personal experience with Leadfeeder has been negative because the tool isn't that great, the contract terms are strict, and the billing practices are fishy.

    CRM Integration Issues

    The tool's interface is pretty easy to use, which is what caught my eye at first. But, my experience with Leadfeeder went downhill fast when I tried to connect it with Dynamics CRM. There have been two big mistakes in the integration that have basically made the tool useless for my team. I've reported these problems, one a year ago and another just a month ago, but they still haven't been fixed. The first mistake causes Leadfeeder to assign the wrong person when transferring visits to our CRM, so we can't even use that feature. And on top of that, when we try to change the owner of the main record in the CRM, the ownership doesn't update on the Leadfeeder side, so the new owner can't see the entries. Even though I've documented these issues and asked for help, Leadfeeder's support team hasn't done anything to fix them or given me any idea of when they might be resolved.
