    CRM Integration Issues

    The tool's interface is pretty easy to use, which is what caught my eye at first. But, my experience with Leadfeeder went downhill fast when I tried to connect it with Dynamics CRM. There have been two big mistakes in the integration that have basically made the tool useless for my team. I've reported these problems, one a year ago and another just a month ago, but they still haven't been fixed. The first mistake causes Leadfeeder to assign the wrong person when transferring visits to our CRM, so we can't even use that feature. And on top of that, when we try to change the owner of the main record in the CRM, the ownership doesn't update on the Leadfeeder side, so the new owner can't see the entries. Even though I've documented these issues and asked for help, Leadfeeder's support team hasn't done anything to fix them or given me any idea of when they might be resolved.
