The artist did a fantastic job making a personalized portrait for me using three different photos. They were able to mix the photos together perfectly and even adjust the clothes to match the reference picture. The way they matched the lighting and contrast was so impressive, especially since one of the photos was kinda blurry. When I gave the portrait to my mom, she was so happy. She laughed, she cried, and she gave me lots of kisses. It was such a special moment that we will always remember.

Recent purchase of printer cartridges
I've had a pretty good experience with this company before because I bought printer cartridges that were good quality. But, I was disappointed with my most recent purchase. All four cartridges I got were defective and two of them were missing pull-tabs. This lack of quality control was really disappointing and not what I expected from this company.

My experience with the vinyl subscription service wasn't what I thought it would be. It took way longer than I thought it would, and the artists they had were pretty limited. They focused on underground artists I had no clue about. The website was a pain to use, and even though they said they'd tailor it to my interests through Spotify, I never got that chance. In the end, I felt like the service was too pricey and didn't offer enough variety.

Waistcoat purchase
I bought a waistcoat for my husband from the store, but it turned out to be too small. When I checked the website for the return policy, I was disappointed to see that they changed it. Now, items bought online can't be returned in-store, only by mail or exchanged for something else in-store. But if you exchange it, you can't do any more returns or exchanges. This doesn't seem fair to me, and I'm thinking about reaching out to the Trading Standards Office to get some answers. It's really sad to see a brand I used to like doing stuff like this.
