I can't believe how bold this company is. I ordered some stuff weeks ago and still haven't gotten a thing. And to top it off, when I tried to ask about my order, they straight up ignored me. Their customer service is seriously bad. I'm never buying from them again, no matter what.

Black leather jacket
The black leather jacket I got from this place was just gorgeous! The material was top-notch and it fit me like a glove. Only downside was the packaging. They folded the jacket up real small, which was a letdown considering how much I shelled out for it. I was hoping for a bigger box with a suit carrier like you get from other companies.

Tank top, tote bag, and stickers
The stuff I got from Rebel Soul Collection totally blew me away with how good they were. The tank top was super soft and felt great to wear, and the tote bag had plenty of room for all my stuff. The stickers were a nice touch to make everything feel more personal. I really like that this brand cares about important issues like women's rights, animal rights, and human rights. It's awesome that they make animal-friendly clothes and accessories. I'm really happy with my purchase and for sure will be coming back for more in the future.

Down coat purchase
I bought a down coat online and was so let down when the feathers began coming out right away. I reached out to customer service, sent them pictures within a week of buying it, but they told me nothing was wrong and to just push the feathers back in. That's not okay! I've been buying these coats every year and never had this happen. Now, customer service won't respond to me at all, so I'm out $90 with no coat. It's terrible customer support and shady business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your reputation is seriously suffering.
