Best bag with excellent customer service
My time at the store was amazing. I bought a really great bag that was exactly what I wanted. But you know what really made it special? The customer service was outstanding. The workers were so friendly and helpful, and they did everything they could to make sure I had a great shopping trip. I loved how they paid attention to every little thing and really made me feel important. Thanks for making my visit so awesome.

Black leather jacket
The black leather jacket I got from this place was just gorgeous! The material was top-notch and it fit me like a glove. Only downside was the packaging. They folded the jacket up real small, which was a letdown considering how much I shelled out for it. I was hoping for a bigger box with a suit carrier like you get from other companies.

The stuff I got from Rebel Soul Collection totally blew me away with how good they were. The tank top was super soft and felt great to wear, and the tote bag had plenty of room for all my stuff. Medium customer support experience
When I reached out to customer support for help, I appreciated their helpfulness and quick responses. However, I was somewhat frustrated by the fact that different representatives kept assisting me and the effort put into solving my issue seemed minimal. I would have liked more direct help instead of having to figure it out on my own. After going back and forth for a while, the problem was finally resolved. In the end, I would say my overall experience was just okay this time.

Down coat purchase
I bought a down coat online and was so let down when the feathers began coming out right away. I reached out to customer service, sent them pictures within a week of buying it, but they told me nothing was wrong and to just push the feathers back in. That's not okay! I've been buying these coats every year and never had this happen. Now, customer service won't respond to me at all, so I'm out $90 with no coat. It's terrible customer support and shady business. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Your reputation is seriously suffering.
