Plastic arms on eyeglass frames peeling after less than a month of wear
The customer service at this place is really great, I have to say. However, the quality of the products is a different story. I recently bought a pair of eyeglasses from here and was impressed with the variety and the service I got. But that feeling didn't last long when I realized that the "metal" arms of the frames were actually plastic coated, which started peeling around the ears after just a few weeks. It's frustrating to spend your money on something that doesn't meet your expectations, especially when you thought it was better quality. I hope they become more open about the materials they use in their products, because this experience was disappointing.

Multiple items from the Oxford store
I recently bought some stuff at the Oxford store and I was really happy with it. The things I got were really nice and they had a lot of options. But when I got back to Cornwall, I realized that I needed to return a sweater that didn't fit right. I was bummed out when I found out that I couldn't mail back the sweater and I couldn't even talk to someone on customer service. It's frustrating not being able to get help when I had such a good time shopping in the store.

Amazing selection of fancy wines
There are a ton of fancy wines at this place that have these crazy names I can't even say right, but man, they taste amazing! They got wines from all over the world that you don't see at your run-of-the-mill store. I even joined their wine club and now they send me a mystery box every month!

Makeup purchase
I ordered some makeup and it got here really quickly. But when I opened up the package, there was something missing! So I reached out to customer service and talked to this lady named Holly. She was amazing! Holly got back to me right away and helped me locate the missing item. She worked so fast and effectively, I was really impressed.

I was in a hurry to place an order and the service rep I talked to was really helpful and understanding. Balkan Discovery Tour
My partner and I just got back from this tour that seriously had everything on point. The hotels were super nice with cozy rooms, and our guide, Bojan, was the best. He was so knowledgeable and fun, we were hooked the whole time. The city tours really helped us get to know each place we went to. It was an awesome experience.
