Two coolers
I just wanted to let you know that I bought two coolers from your store. One of them was in great condition, but the other one arrived all scratched up and damaged. The box even looked like it had been opened and retaped before it got to me. I was pretty bummed because I was really looking forward to getting some top-notch coolers and having a smooth shipping experience.

Screen protector for iPhone
I had a really bad experience at that store. I bought a screen protector for my iPhone, but it started to peel off in less than two weeks. When I tried to return it, the employee was so rude and unhelpful. He said they didn't cover it after 14 days. He didn't even check if that time had passed because he was too busy eating his burger. Their customer service is awful and they don't stick to what they advertise about their warranty.

Online order not delivered
My experience with ordering online from this place was a total nightmare. The package never made it to me, and when I tried to get help from customer service, they just kept pointing fingers. Even though I specifically asked for it not to be left in a public spot, they insisted that it was delivered correctly. Now I'm left with nothing but a lighter wallet and no resolution in sight. Such a frustrating waste of time and money!
