I just had my order unexpectedly canceled by Hervia. I've been patiently waiting for my refund and it honestly feels like forever. It's really frustrating and disappointing to go through this without any communication or good customer service from them. Hopefully, they can do better next time.

Oversized order, unresponsive customer service
I bought something online, but it was too big, ya know? The website said to shoot 'em an email for an exchange, but I did that a bunch of times and never heard back. Ended up just sending back the order and now I'm stuck waiting for a refund. Can't believe this company can treat their customers so badly and get away with it. Definitely not gonna give them any more of my business in the future.

Beautiful ballet shoes, soft leather, deep tan color
Oh, those ballet shoes are so pretty! They're made of this super soft leather in a lovely tan color. Since I've got wide feet, I'm working on stretching them out a bit so they're more comfy. But I gotta say, the elastic back feels good and the cushioning inside is super helpful.

Robot vacuum cleaner R5
I bought the R5 robot vacuum cleaner last summer, but it's been a real headache. I've had to send it back to the factory three times for the same problems. Each time, they swap it out for a new one. The first robot I got started leaking water, never connected right, and then started making weird noises, so I had to return it to the store after three months. Then they gave me a different model. The second robot couldn't even connect to the app and just conked out after a month. The third one seemed fine at first, but eventually had the same connection issues and wouldn't start up. Good thing I got the extended warranty, because I've already been through three robots in less than a year! The whole process of sending them back for repairs takes forever, so I finally gave up and got a Rowenta, which has been solid for the past six months. Rowenta all the way!

I was so happy with my recent purchase from this beauty store. The eyeshadow palette I got had a great mix of matte and shimmer shades, so I can make lots of different looks. The mascara I got made my lashes look longer and fuller, which was exactly what I wanted. The products were even better than I thought they'd be, and I'm really satisfied with what I got. The best part was how easy it was to find everything on their website. The descriptions were detailed and checking out was easy. All in all, I had a great time shopping there and I'll definitely be back for more.

I bought this fancy coat from this brand, but lemme tell you, dealing with their customer service was a real nightmare. I lost the belt for the coat and when I tried to get a new one, their customer service was no help at all. It was a struggle just to try and replace it, and I ended up never even getting the belt. Honestly, this whole ordeal was pretty disappointing and now I'm not too sure about buying from this brand again.
