Subscription box purchase
I just got this subscription box as a Valentine's Day gift and I gotta say, it was awesome! The snacks in there were so fun and different, I got to try stuff I never would have tried otherwise. I'm super excited for my next box to come in a few weeks so I can keep trying all these Japanese treats. I totally suggest Tokyo Treat to anyone who wants to try new snacks and mix it up. The only bad part is you might end up with a new fave snack that's tough to find around here.

Wedding ring with loose stones and a chipped diamond.
I went to Zale's in Temple, Texas to get my wedding ring fixed. It had some loose stones and a chipped diamond, but lucky for me, they were covered by the protection plan. The lady there offered to clean my jewelry and that's when she noticed the issues. I was hoping they could just fix the loose stones and leave the chipped diamond alone, but they said no and insisted I had to buy a new diamond. Even though I had a protection plan, they wouldn't do any repairs unless I bought a new diamond and kept the chipped one. The customer service was really rude and not helpful at all. It's not the first time I've had problems with Zales when it comes to repairs. I've had issues before with lost items, unhelpful staff, and poor communication every time I've tried to get jewelry repaired or engraved.

Bracelet purchase
The safety latch on the bracelet broke within a week of getting it. The stones on the bracelet looked fake and definitely weren't real mossanite like they said. I tried emailing customer service multiple times, but all I got was the run-around. Turns out, the warranty they offered is worthless. It's pretty obvious this company is selling cheap knockoffs from China. Now, six months later, the bracelet has fallen apart in two places. I'm willing to return it so they can see the poor quality themselves, but I don't think they really care about investigating. I want to warn others not to make the same mistake I did by buying from this company.

Large Lego display case
I bought a big Lego display case from this company not too long ago. They usually take 6 weeks to make, but I needed it sooner. I talked to Jemma from customer service and she really listened and tried to help. She went out of her way to see if they could speed things up for me. Well, a week later, the display case showed up! It was a pleasant surprise and the person I got it for was really happy. I can't thank them enough for the great service and how much we loved the product.

I bought some things from this place and let me tell you, the quality was really bad. I wanted to return or exchange them, but nobody picked up when I called. Their website kept crashing, so I couldn't even request a return online. When I reached out to them, all they did was send me more ads! It's just so frustrating and ridiculous!

I tried reaching out to the US office for help, but didn't hear back from them right away.

I just started getting emails from this company at my work email, which I never give out to anyone outside of work. Right away, I got suspicious because I usually think unsolicited emails are scams. I checked Trustpilot and it looks like I'm not the only one who got these emails without signing up for them. It's pretty annoying to see a company stoop to these tactics to get customers.

I bought a doll from this store thinking it would be a nice addition to my collection. But when the package came, the doll inside wasn't the one I wanted. I tried contacting them through email multiple times, but didn't hear back until someone else got involved. They said I had to pay for return shipping to get a refund for their mistake. I wouldn't suggest this shop to anyone who wants good service and accurate orders.

I got my order right on time and I was so happy to see the fabric was super nice. The color and feel were just like the sample they showed, and it fit perfectly. The zippers were good quality too. The torch is super small and perfect for my keychain. The only problem was that it got stuck in customs, and I had to provide a bunch of paperwork to prove how much I paid for it. I'm just blown away by the incredible customer service from this company. I've done a lot of online shopping in my day, but none of them compare to the great service I got here. I had a question about an order I made recently, and their customer service team not only got back to me super quick, but they also really went out of their way to help me out. My experience with the company was really disappointing. I ordered six dresses in medium size, but when they arrived, they were way bigger in XXL and XXXL instead. I contacted their customer service for help, but they weren't much help. They basically told me to sell the dresses myself because returning them would cost too much and take too long, which didn't work for me. I felt tricked and annoyed as a customer because they didn't take responsibility. I definitely don't recommend ordering from this company after my bad experience.

Tough Squeaky Dog Toys
Don't waste your money on those cheap toys that fall apart right away - these Tough Squeaky Dog Toys are the real deal. I got them for my five dogs, who are a mix of small, medium, and large Australian Shepherds, and these toys have held up really well. Normally, my pups can destroy a new toy in no time, but these have lasted 10 days and counting. They enjoy the challenge of trying to rip them apart, but they haven't been successful yet. I'll definitely be getting more of these - they've made a big difference in my home.

Nightmare payment process
This website is such a pain to deal with when it comes to managing your payment info. They won't let you take off your payment method, which is so frustrating. On top of that, their support team is totally MIA and won't help with canceling your account.
