I bought a key set from this company and ran into a little issue on their website. At first, I was unsure about the number of keys in the set I bought. Fake LEGO set
I bought this knockoff LEGO set from that store not too long ago and man, it was a total mess. The package arrived with no box like they promised, just a thin plastic bag. The instructions were all in Chinese, which I couldn't make heads or tails of, and the pieces were such bad quality that they wouldn't even snap together properly. It ended up being a total waste of my money and time. I definitely don't suggest anyone else waste their cash at that store.

My experience with Sonic Electronix was a letdown. The customer service was amazing, Natasha really went out of her way to assist me. But the products themselves were a disaster. I had to go through three subwoofers just to find one that actually worked, the first two were busted. Seems like they need to tighten up their quality control when it comes to shipping. It was frustrating to waste both time and money on items that weren't even working right.

Bracelet purchase
The safety latch on the bracelet broke within a week of getting it. The stones on the bracelet looked fake and definitely weren't real mossanite like they said. I tried emailing customer service multiple times, but all I got was the run-around. Turns out, the warranty they offered is worthless. It's pretty obvious this company is selling cheap knockoffs from China. Now, six months later, the bracelet has fallen apart in two places. I'm willing to return it so they can see the poor quality themselves, but I don't think they really care about investigating. I want to warn others not to make the same mistake I did by buying from this company.
