Moissanite jewelry purchase
I recently bought some moissanite jewelry - got three pieces in total. They actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. And when I checked them out, I was really happy to see how great the quality was - even better than I thought. I had the moissanite stones checked by a couple of diamond testers, and they came back as legit. The jewelry itself was really well made, with two silver pieces and one in white gold. They all felt pretty weighty, which is a good sign of their durability. The packaging was solid too - made sure everything got to me in perfect shape. What really stood out to me was how good the company was at keeping me in the loop during the whole process. And I thought it was a nice touch how all the pieces were laser-inscribed, made them feel extra special.
4ctw stud earrings
I just got these 4ctw stud earrings and was kinda worried cause of some bad reviews, ya know? I wanted to cancel the order, but I couldn't, so I was waiting to see what I'd get. But to my surprise, the earrings showed up real quick, like in a week, and they were amazing! The quality was top-notch and they sparkled so nice. I even had a jeweler check them out and they're the real deal, genuine moissanite and not some cheap fake stuff. I'm super happy with my purchase and I gotta say sorry to Voogme for doubting them.
2-carat ring and 1.0 carat earrings
I just got my order of jewelry from this company and it's even better than I expected! The 2-carat ring I got is just gorgeous and really well-made. The design is so classy and the craftsmanship is amazing. And to top it off, the 1.0 carat earrings are a perfect complement and give my collection a little extra flair. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely tell anyone looking for top-notch jewelry at a good price to check them out.
Two carat ring purchase
I am just so in love with my two carat ring! I wear it all the time, even when I'm cooking, cleaning, or working. This ring is absolutely gorgeous - it sparkles and shines like nothing I've ever seen. It has more sparkle and shine than a real diamond. I am over the moon with my purchase and I don't understand why some people didn't like it.
Earrings from Voogme
I got these earrings from Voogme, you know? I was really hoping they would be super sparkly and shiny, but honestly they were just a huge disappointment. My bracelet, which cost way less, is way sparklier than these so-called "D color" earrings. And when I tried to tell them I wasn't happy, they wanted to hit me with a restocking fee of over $250! What a rip off. They were already way too expensive at $770! I'm so upset that I wasted my money on these. They look so fake, I can't even bring myself to wear them. Maybe I'll try to trade them in for something better. Ugh, I'm so let down.
Earrings and pendant necklace
I bought some earrings and a necklace from this company recently, and man, what a mess it was. The earrings were okay, but that necklace was just terrible. It looked nothing like the pictures online - had this ugly yellow tint that was just not cute. I reached out to customer service right away to ask for a return. It felt like I waited forever for a response, and when they finally replied, get this - they wanted me to pick a different product instead of just giving me my money back. Like, seriously? I stuck to my guns and demanded a refund, but they kept dragging their feet. It took forever for them to finally send me a return label, and even though the tracking info says they got the necklace back, I still don't have my money. I've sent them so many emails following up, but they just keep ignoring me. This company sells low-quality stuff and then doesn't even have the decency to help when there's a problem. Avoid them at all costs.

I just bought a bunch of rings from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously blown away by how amazing they are. The way they put together each piece with all the little details and stones is just outstanding. These rings are not only gorgeous, but they are also really well-made, way better than I expected.

I have a bunch of jewelry from this store, like earrings, bracelets, and pendants. They sparkle a lot and look really pretty. I wear the earrings all the time and they still look amazing even after I've worn them multiple times!

Overpriced jewelry
I recently had a disappointing experience with this jewelry company that was charging way too much for their stuff. The jewelry wasn't that great and definitely not worth the crazy high prices. I tried to return my purchase a few times but no luck. The customer service took forever to get back to me and didn't seem too eager to help with the return. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you care about getting good quality and good customer service.
Bracelet purchase
The safety latch on the bracelet broke within a week of getting it. The stones on the bracelet looked fake and definitely weren't real mossanite like they said. I tried emailing customer service multiple times, but all I got was the run-around. Turns out, the warranty they offered is worthless. It's pretty obvious this company is selling cheap knockoffs from China. Now, six months later, the bracelet has fallen apart in two places. I'm willing to return it so they can see the poor quality themselves, but I don't think they really care about investigating. I want to warn others not to make the same mistake I did by buying from this company.
Earrings for my Grandaughter
I bought some earrings for my granddaughter, but they turned out to be too big for her. I tried to cancel the order within 2 hours, but they said it was already too late. They kept pushing me to exchange the earrings for something else, even though I just wanted to cancel. The earrings arrived, but I still wanted to return them. When I reached out for an RMA number, I didn't hear back. Overall, my experience with this company was awful and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
Moissanite Ring
I bought this ring and it seriously took forever to arrive. I tried to cancel it, but they went ahead and shipped it the very next day. Then they had the nerve to try and charge me extra just to return it! The quality is honestly trash and on top of that, they won't even give me a refund. Seriously, the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from them at all costs!

I bought some earrings from this company not too long ago, but I was a little disappointed because they didn't look like the picture on the website. I tried reaching out to them through email to return them, but the person I talked to just kept pushing for an exchange instead of helping me with the return process.
Silver earrings
Oh man, these earrings really disappointed me! They just looked super cheap, like those little trinkets you find in Christmas crackers. They were supposed to be silver, but they were definitely not. And those stones? Definitely not moissanite. On top of that, the prongs were way too high and stuck up over the stones. Talk about not a good look!
Bracelet purchase disappointment
I just bought a bracelet that was supposed to be sterling silver with moisinite stones. But when I got it, I found out it wasn't silver and the stones weren't moisinite. Bummer, because I'm allergic to metal and my wrist broke out from wearing it. When I tried to return it, the company was no help at all. They only gave me a tiny credit for the trouble. Long story short, this purchase was a total letdown.

I just bought some earrings from this company and man, I totally regret it. Their customer service was just awful, and can you believe they wouldn't even take the earrings back when I told them I didn't like them? Dealing with them was just so weird, I definitely wouldn't suggest ordering from them.
Silver jewelry purchase
I've bought stuff from this company a few times, mostly silver to see if I like it before trying platinum. The silver jewelry was okay, but the platinum ring I got didn't look anything like the silver one. Plus, one of the silver rings I bought had stones falling out - that was a bummer.
