Many Shiseido products
I've used a bunch of stuff from this brand and while not everything lived up to the hype, I still liked it. I've tried their ultimune serum, eye night cream, toners, cleansers, face creams, SPF, and lotions. I've tested out a whole bunch of their products. The smell and the fancy feel of each one is what really gets me.

Holiday contact lens order
So, I messed up my contact lens order during my vacation by giving the wrong address. The delivery guy tried to drop it off, but no one was there, so he wisely took it back to the supplier. I contacted customer service right away for help fixing my mistake, and I have to say, they did a fantastic job. They quickly sorted out my address issue and made sure my lenses got to me without a hitch. Big thanks to the awesome team member who helped me out. All in all, I'm really impressed by how the company took care of everything with such professionalism.

Book order
I was pumped to get my book order from eCampus since I needed them for my classes that are starting soon. Most of the books came on time and in good shape, which was awesome. But, one of the books was on back order, which was a bummer. It's frustrating since the semester already started. I'm hoping they can fix this quickly and get the book to me ASAP.

Two different sizes
I was so pumped to get this fancy new pair of shoes online, but let me just tell you, it was a letdown. "Mark," the guy I talked to in customer service, was absolutely no help. So when the shoes finally arrived, they were two different sizes! I tried contacting customer service, but they basically told me tough luck because it was a "Final Sale" and my order was already "fulfilled." Now, I don't mind admitting it if I messed up and ordered the wrong size, but this time it was all on them and they didn't want to fix it. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I've bought stuff from this store a few times now and I've been pretty happy with how things went. The prices seem fair, and my order always arrives quickly. But what really makes this place stand out is their awesome customer service. Ms. Alessia on the customer care team is seriously great - she's quick to answer my questions and always sorts out any problems I run into.

Order cancelled multiple times
I attempted to place an order online four separate times, but each time it got canceled by the store for no apparent reason. I even tried using different cards, but still no dice. Customer service was completely useless and couldn't resolve the issue. It was beyond frustrating and super disappointing.

Flowers are just so pretty, you know? And they always come in the cutest little box. My favorite part is how each one is different and smells so amazing. It's like a little surprise every time I open them up!

Year long subscription
I recently bought a year-long subscription and man, let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the customer support I got. I mean, I paid for a whole year of access, but my account got shut down after only 4 months. When I tried to reach out for help, it was like trying to find a needle in a haystack - couldn't get a hold of a real person no matter what I did. Every time I called their support line, I just got some automated message telling me to shoot them an email, then the call ended. And even after I sent that email, still haven't heard squat back from them. Now I'm stuck with no access to the courses I paid for and no solution in sight. Gotta reach out to my credit card company and dispute the charge, because this company ain't holding up their end of the deal. I don't care how good their courses are if they can't back it up with solid customer support.

Baby clothes and maternity bras
A coworker of mine told me about this website and I gotta say, I'm really happy with what I got. The baby clothes and maternity bras I bought were really nice. The bras were a little small, but when I contacted customer service, they fixed it right away. I'll definitely shop here again. The prices are great, too. My husband even said we could have gotten all our clothes from here.
