Gift basket purchase
My recent experience with the company was really disappointing. I wanted to order a gift basket, and the catalog said I could get free shipping with a promo code and membership number. But when I put in the info on the website, it said none of the items in my cart qualified for free shipping. So I called customer service for help, and they tried to get me to buy a "free shipping package" for an extra $30. I thought that was too much for just one order, so I said no. They then said I'd have to pay $20 for shipping. Overall, this whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be ordering from them again.

Dispute resolution experience
I had the worst experience with this company trying to fix a problem with my order. Their customer service is awful, it took them a whole month to even recognize my issue and fix it. I sent them several messages but got no responses or help. They said they shipped my package, but I have evidence from DHL that they got it back and signed for it. Still, they won't admit to getting it. I suggest not ordering from them, they seem like scammers. I lost $500 dealing with them.

I just bought the Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set with some of my bridesmaids. When we got our hands on it, we saw that there were missing stones on the back. I contacted Customer Service right away and talked to John S. He was super quick and got the issue sorted out in no time. I sent him some pictures of the messed-up pajamas, and he got a replacement sorted out without any problems. Good pass with one problem
I have this pass that's pretty awesome, but here's the thing - I couldn't get into this fancy spot called The Palais Garnier. They only had tours in English two times a day, and you won't believe it - the day I showed up, they decided to open late! So one of the tour times was totally out. It would be so much better if they allowed a self-guided tour with headphones, so anyone with the pass could easily get in.

Faulty Christmas tree purchase
The customer service at this store is just awful! I bought a Christmas tree that turned out to be faulty, and I've been trying to return it for weeks now. Every time I give them a call, they give me the runaround, tell me I've contacted the wrong department, and say they need approval from some 3rd party vendor for the return - even though I bought it from them directly. They never follow up like they said they would, and I'm so fed up with the lack of help and response. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

The tennis shoes I got from this company totally blew me away with how comfy and high-quality they are. Seriously, they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and I bought them online! I ordered these really awesome sneakers for my cousin's birthday, but when the box finally showed up, it had these super ugly slippers inside! I was so bummed out! So I gave customer service a call, and they told me they were totally out of stock and could only offer me a refund. I don't think I'll shop there again after this mess!

I had to deal with getting a refund and canceling the subscription, which was annoying. It was disappointing since the company is known in the industry. Their subscription deals were confusing and it was hard to cancel. Customer service was okay when I complained, but now I'm not sure if I want to use their services again.

My experience with AirHelp was amazing! I had a canceled flight with a certain airline, and AirHelp really came through for me with some compensation. My flight got canceled last minute, and I was stuck at the airport with no options for a place to stay because it was a busy holiday weekend. I had to sleep on the uncomfortable airport floor, which wasn't great, especially at my age. But thanks to AirHelp, I was able to at least get some money back to make up for the hassle.
