I was cool with it at first, but now it's the 17th and I still haven't heard anything about my order. It's frustrating when they promise quick shipping and don't follow through, especially when it's a gift for a special occasion. Super bummed about the lack of communication and transparency.

    Oh man, let me tell you about this terrible experience I had while shopping online. I found this super cute store and ordered some clothes, but it took forever for my order to arrive. When it finally did, it wasn't even the right stuff! Can you believe it? And now they won't even give me a refund, it's so frustrating. I reached out to complain, but haven't heard back yet. Their customer service is seriously the worst, I swear I'm never buying from them again. It's just a huge bummer ?

    I just bought a pair of stylish shoes and a trendy backpack from Hautelook that I had been wanting for a long time. Ordering was a breeze, and my package arrived in great shape. But since it was my first time buying from Hautelook, I didn't know about their customer service problems. The issue I ran into was that my order got split - the backpack was already on its way while the shoes were still "processing." It was frustrating because the processing time had already passed, and I had no idea what was going on with my shoes.

    My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I ordered some eye shadow palettes, but when the package arrived, the items were not wrapped properly and all the makeup was broken. On top of that, they messed up my order by sending me eight incorrect items. It was really frustrating to have to deal with their mistakes over and over again. Their solution was to give me a discount on my next order, which I thought was pretty insulting considering how many errors they had made. When I brought up my concerns, all they could do was file a report and offer no real solution. I decided to end my relationship with the company and close my account. Dealing with their incompetence just wasn't worth my time and energy.

    Dressing stylish for less

    I really enjoy shopping on this website because they have awesome deals on super stylish clothes. It's a great way to keep up with the trends without spending a fortune. But man, dealing with returns is a total nightmare. If you decide to send something back in the mail, get ready to wait a crazy long 17 days to get your money back, and they even make you pay for the return shipping. And to top it off, there have been times when they've sent me the completely wrong item. But even with all these problems, I still think the website is worth it for the amazing deals they have.

    Late notification of product unavailability

    I recently ordered a product from Hautelook, and man, was it a letdown. I thought I had snagged the perfect Christmas gift for my boyfriend, but then two weeks after ordering, they hit me with the news that they couldn't send it. I was left scrambling to find a replacement gift before the holidays rolled around. It would have been great if Hautelook had given me a heads up about the product being unavailable sooner. That would have saved me a whole lot of stress and hassle.

    I just bought some slippers from this store, thinking they'd be a nice comfy addition to my shoe collection. But when they got here, they were too small.     I bought two pairs of jeans from Hautelook a while back and I've been super let down with how things have gone. It's been 7 weeks since I placed my order and I haven't heard a peep about when I'm gonna get my stuff.     I wanted to share a recent bad experience I had with an online store where I've shopped for years. I thought it was my go-to place, but they sent me a letter saying they cancelled my account because I return things too much. I was really surprised by this, since I thought it was normal to order a few things and send back what doesn't work.     I really liked the product selection and prices at Hautelook, but I was pretty bummed by the customer service. I bought a bunch of shoes, but then had to return them because of a sudden back surgery. When I went to Nordstrom Rack to return them, they told me about a new return policy that made the window shorter. Even after explaining my situation, they wouldn't take the shoes back and I left feeling let down. So, I reached out to Hautelook's customer service to try and fix things, only to be told I could return the shoes but with a hefty 50% restocking fee attached. That just didn't sit right with me, it felt like I was getting punished for a medical emergency, you know? I was really surprised that a company connected to Nordstrom, known for their top-notch customer service, would handle things this way. It made me feel like they didn't care about my loyalty or business at all. Because of all this, I've decided to stop shopping on Hautelook's website.

    I bought some clothes from this website not too long ago, and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a real letdown. I wanted to return some stuff and get a refund, but the online support was useless and totally rude. And can we talk about the amazing deals they have on all the trendy brands?! The shipping does take a bit of time, but they give you a heads up on when to expect it so it's not a big deal. And the cherry on top is that if you end up not liking something, you can return it for free at a Nordstrom Rack! That's some top-notch service right there!
