Personalized photo canvas order
The process of personalizing and placing the order was super easy, and I really liked how the team kept me updated on the shipping. But man, when I finally got my canvas with the photos, I was pretty bummed out. The quality was so bad that some of the faces were super blurry and unrecognizable. Even though I was let down, I'm thinking I might give them another shot down the road.

Troublesome return process
I recently had a frustrating experience with the return process at this store, where I bought a pair of pants. When I tried to return them, it was a real hassle. Even though the pants were unworn and still had all the original tags, the company insisted they were removed. I couldn't even call for help, only email. I asked for a manager over and over, but got no response. Their communication was shady and unprofessional. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card to try and get a refund. I shop online a lot, but I've never had such bad customer service.

I just bought three things from this company. Got two of them super fast and they were great, but the third one just wasn't my style so I had to send it back. Overall, though, I was happy with the service and the quality of the stuff. It was nice that the website had accurate pictures, made it easier to pick out what I wanted.

First order, delayed delivery, smooth return
I recently ordered something from this store for the first time and unfortunately, it hadn't shown up even after three weeks. With all the shipping issues going on right now, I wasn't too shocked, but I decided to take a look at the tracking info from FedEx. Turns out, according to the tracking, it was delivered just two days after I placed the order. Naturally, I was confused and upset, so I jumped on their customer service chat. The person I talked to, Yanith, was super helpful and understanding. In no time, Yanith had put in a request for a refund for me. The whole process was really easy and quick. I was really impressed with the service and how they handled the situation. I asked for store credit since I still wanted to get the same item, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.

Recent purchase was a pair of earrings
My experience at this store was pretty good, but I do have one big issue. The earrings I got were really beautiful and I got a lot of compliments on them. But then, when I checked my receipt that they sent me by email, I noticed that I was charged more than what was on the price tag in the store. It was really frustrating and kind of disappointing because I felt like they tricked me. Lovisa should make sure to be more upfront about their pricing so customers don't feel like they're being lied to. The jewelry is nice, but the pricing mess-up is a deal-breaker for me. I won't be coming back to shop here again.
