My first online purchase
I had no idea there was a store specifically for my benefits until I randomly came across it. I filled my mom in on the news, and she was just as shocked as I was. We're definitely going to start shopping here frequently now!
Easy and Convenient Purchase
I've had a really great time shopping at this store! Ordering stuff was super easy and everything arrived right on time. The prices were fair, so it didn't hurt the wallet to buy what I needed. I'm really happy with the service and for sure, will be back to shop again.

This online store totally changed the game for me when it comes to taking care of my health and wellness. I've come across everything I need, from stuff that helps me navigate the challenges of getting older to things that make my day-to-day life more bearable and less painful. Whether I'm looking for gear to help me recover from surgery or just some sunblock for an upcoming trip, this store always comes through for me. The ordering process is a breeze, and I can't complain about the lightning-fast delivery - my stuff usually shows up at my door in just 2 days, which is pretty impressive considering it's coming from a state next door. FSA-approved items
I was really upset with the online store because they never filled my order. Every time I looked up the status, the date kept getting pushed back. I had to call and find out myself that my order might have gotten lost during shipping. These items were important and now I won't have them when I need them. I probably should have just ordered from a different online store.
Recent missing order
I just bought some stuff from FSAStore but it never showed up. I was home all day waiting for it, but when I reached out to customer service they said it was delivered on Saturday. I was annoyed because FedEx usually brings packages right to my door, and I didn't see them that day. It's frustrating to have a missing order, especially during the busy holiday season. But I have to give props to customer service for helping me out quickly and being responsive.
Variety of useful products
I recently bought some stuff from this store, and I gotta say, they've got a ton of different products to choose from. It was super easy for me to just order online and have everything sent straight to my house. The customer service folks were really nice and quick whenever I needed help. But I do wish they gave more info on some of the items, they were kinda vague. And the return policy for a few things seemed a little strict, especially for shopping online.

The prices at that store aren't always the best deal, you know? Sometimes they're even higher than what you'd find elsewhere, even after discounts. And have you noticed how close to expiration some of those medications are? That's kind of concerning. They do have a good range of brands, but I think they could step it up a notch to really please everyone.
First order, delayed delivery, smooth return
I recently ordered something from this store for the first time and unfortunately, it hadn't shown up even after three weeks. With all the shipping issues going on right now, I wasn't too shocked, but I decided to take a look at the tracking info from FedEx. Turns out, according to the tracking, it was delivered just two days after I placed the order. Naturally, I was confused and upset, so I jumped on their customer service chat. The person I talked to, Yanith, was super helpful and understanding. In no time, Yanith had put in a request for a refund for me. The whole process was really easy and quick. I was really impressed with the service and how they handled the situation. I asked for store credit since I still wanted to get the same item, and I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.
Massager purchase
I bought a massager from this store, but the charger crapped out on me pretty quickly. I tried to contact their customer service through email and phone calls to see about getting a refund for the defective product. But, I never heard back from them even after reaching out multiple times. I'm bummed out by how they dropped the ball on communication. It's been more than a month now and still no word from them.
Repeat customer, on-time delivery, great product suggestions, loyal shopper
As someone who's been coming back to this store more than once, I've got to say - they never disappoint. Every time I order something, it shows up right on schedule and never fails to be in top-notch condition. The customer service folks are always friendly and quick to help out. One time, they even suggested a substitute for something that was out of stock, and not only was it cheaper, but it turned out to be even better than what I originally wanted. Attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy is why I keep coming back for all my FSA needs. I definitely recommend giving them a shot if you're looking for a stress-free shopping experience.

I love shopping at this store because they have so many cool things I can get with my FSA. The shipping is pretty quick, but my issue is they don't tell you if it's out of stock until after you purchase it. It's frustrating because then I have to wait a long time to receive my items or settle for store credit instead. It's definitely not ideal.
Quick delivery, poor quality wound bandage supplies
The delivery came super fast, which was awesome, and I liked not having to deal with all the paperwork stuff. But, man, I was let down by the wound bandages I got. The gauze rolls and pads were not so great - too thin and those elastic threads on the rolls kept snagging on the wound, which was not comfy or helpful for healing. I was hoping for better quality since everything else went smoothly, but that didn't happen.

The guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful in telling me all about the online store. I had no problems at all navigating the website and placing my order. The stuff I ordered came right on time and was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and online experience were awesome, and I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
Ordered the wrong product
I messed up my order and ended up getting the wrong stuff, but the customer service person fixed it for me really fast. I didn't even have to wait long on the phone, which was great!

Newly eligible FSA products
As someone new to using FSA, I gotta say, the store's got it all when it comes to info on the newly eligible products. I've only been using FSA for a couple of years, and let me tell you, my needs and what I can actually buy seem to be different every year. Having the store be like a one-stop-shop for anything FSA-related really helped me out. It made it so much easier for me to figure out how to use my benefits the right way. The explanations on each product were super clear and easy to understand, which really helped me decide what to get with my FSA funds.
First aid kits
This store is a cheat. I ordered 10 first aide kits from them and ALL of them were opened and the antiseptics were stolen, I was given a store credit only for them to take it back from me. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

The FSA store is a cheat at best. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering here. You better be sure of the products you are ordering, if you choose to return anything, you will not receive any refund or store credit and the employees will make every effort to ensure you waste that money.
The products received are near expiry, and returns cost you more money than you spent on them.
The idea is to make everything sound easy, but in actuality, the store makes every effort to keep your funds and not provide a product. They are deceptive about their credit policy too, the agents will tell you that reruns and credits are there for your use. But in fact when you want to use them they will reveal that their credit expired, I lost over $400 bucks like this, would never buy from here againCompression socks
Don’t shop here. FSAstore has made returning items impossible - even after jumping through a dozen hoops (calling multiple times, emailing, and finally submitting a BBB complaint) just to get my return shipping label, this website refuses to process my refund. It’s been well over a month since I initiated my return and over a week since FSAstore received and signed for my return. Still I’ve received no indication that I’ll be refunded. I need that money! I’m sorry to see that FSAstore is doing the same to so many other customers. A company that can’t honor its own policies has no right to stay in business.
