I ordered a dress for my birthday
Oh my gosh, so I ordered this really cute dress for my birthday party, right? And it's been forever and I still haven't gotten it! I called so many times and the person on the phone had no idea where my dress was. When I emailed them, they sent me this rude email saying they'd get back to me. Like, seriously? Then they finally gave me a tracking number, but it hasn't moved in days! So I had to call USPS and they were like, the dress is there but you gotta pick it up. Ugh. Tried to cancel it but they said it was already shipped! My birthday is literally tomorrow so I had to scramble to find another dress. Not cool, guys. Had to get my mom involved to dispute the charge. Just a total bummer.

I just bought some clothes from this company and their customer service really impressed me, to be honest. I messed up the shipping address, but I was able to reach out to their customer service team right away. Even though it was during the holidays, Joseph, one of their reps, got back to me quickly. He fixed the shipping address before my order went through. I'm grateful for Joseph's quick and efficient help because it made sure I didn't have any issues getting my order.

Sheet music software
OnSong is a real drag. I've been using this software since it first came out, and man, it's been a headache ever since. There are some big problems with it that they just don't seem interested in fixing. The main issue is that it can't sync up right with the most popular word processor out there! I mean, really? Who doesn't use Word? And then on top of that, they want you to spend ages fixing the chord and lyric alignment on every single sheet you upload. It's such a hassle and a total time-waster.

As someone new to using FSA, I gotta say, the store's got it all when it comes to info on the newly eligible products. I've only been using FSA for a couple of years, and let me tell you, my needs and what I can actually buy seem to be different every year. Having the store be like a one-stop-shop for anything FSA-related really helped me out. It made it so much easier for me to figure out how to use my benefits the right way. Bakeware items
I recently bought some stuff from the bakeware line, including springform tins. Sadly, they started rusting and the lining came off after I used them for a bit. Worried about my safety, I decided to get rid of them. When I contacted customer service with clear photos of the issue, they asked me to send the items back for inspection, even though the photos proved the problem. I was disappointed and annoyed by their lack of understanding and quick response. It seems like the company has changed, since I had a good experience before when they replaced my faulty non-stick frying pan no questions asked. This experience has me thinking twice about buying from them again.
