Disappointing dress purchase
I just bought a dress online and man, it was a letdown. The dress I got looked nothing like the one they showed on their website. The colors were all wrong, and the dress didn't even fit right - it was like they just slapped two pieces of fabric together. The quality was trash, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them after my experience.

I bought the Rivera 4's here on a friend's suggestion since I have wide feet and need a roomy toe box. Sadly, the shoe wasn't wide enough and didn't fit like I thought it would. I had to deal with the hassle of returning it, ending up losing money on getting a different pair. It was really disappointing and frustrating because it was a pricey buy that didn't pan out for me.

I love shopping at this store because they have so many cool things I can get with my FSA. The shipping is pretty quick, but my issue is they don't tell you if it's out of stock until after you purchase it. It's frustrating because then I have to wait a long time to receive my items or settle for store credit instead. It's definitely not ideal.

Long wait for check-in
The customer service was terrible! The people at the front desk were so unprofessional, it seemed like they never even talked to any passengers. They were just there, like they had no clue about how to help customers. The flight attendants were not any better - they were just plain rude! They made me feel trapped, like I was in some kind of prison. This was my third time flying with this airline, and things seem to be getting worse each time.
