SHIRT FINALLY CAME IN WAY TOO SMALL. THE NEXT DAY TRY EMAILING TO SENT SHIRT BACK TOO SMALL . THEIR WAS NO RETURN ADDRESS TO SEND TOO ON PACKAGE. DAYS OF NO RESPONDS ON EMAIL . SEND EMAIL AGAIN THEY RESPOND WITH NO ADDRESS TO RETURN SHIRT TOO FOR REFUND. THIS WAS A MONTH LONG PROCESS THEY TOLD US TO KEEP SHIRT AND THEY WOULD GIVE US TEN DOLLARS AND NO REFUND. STAY AWAY THEY HAVE BAD REVIEWS SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT REVIEWS.

Be very careful of this company along with it's affiliates Kalesafe ... Blaroken oh ya and they sell this garbage on Amazon. If you have ordered with this company or it's affiliates please go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint along with the FTC. The more complaints the more ammo to shut the scamming businesses down for theft of peoples money. All the stuff is coming from China. It's all ... and cheaply made, looks NOTHING like what they have advertised on their website. If you have been ripped off call you bank and tell them and they can work to get your money back that is exactly what I did.

Don’t shop here. FSAstore has made returning items impossible - even after jumping through a dozen hoops (calling multiple times, emailing, and finally submitting a BBB complaint) just to get my return shipping label, this website refuses to process my refund. It’s been well over a month since I initiated my return and over a week since FSAstore received and signed for my return. Still I’ve received no indication that I’ll be refunded. I need that money! I’m sorry to see that FSAstore is doing the same to so many other customers. A company that can’t honor its own policies has no right to stay in business.

Children Backpack
This company doesn’t have customers service, and there’s no one-for-one to support children in need as they advertised, you can’t find anything online in that matter. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from bixbee.com. I purchased one intended for my son and paid extra shipping. But it didn’t arrive in 2 days it arrived in 15 days. And the poor quality of the backpack urged me to return it. After emailing the customer service email address found on its website 3 times 5 days later, still no response from them. Safe yourself time and don’t give yourself trouble buying from bixbee.
Call your bank or credit card and tell them what happened they will help you get your money back. Also go to BBB ... FTC and file a complaint against this company. They also do business under Kalesafe, Blaroken and Amazon.
