Christmas order
I ordered some Christmas gifts recently and was super bummed to find out they canceled my order without telling me. I thought everything was good to go, but then I checked my account and saw it was cancelled. It's frustrating not getting any heads up, especially during the holidays when timing is everything for gift shopping. It would've been nice to get an email letting me know so I could figure something else out. Overall, dealing with this company was not a good experience - they weren't helpful or efficient at all.

Bifocal lenses ordered
I just got some bifocal lenses from Lensabl, but I messed up and got the wrong kind. I thought I needed bifocals instead of progressives because I have two different prescriptions. But now it seems like my mistake is making it hard for me to focus on my computer screen and reading stuff that’s 15-18 inches away. Even though I goofed, the lenses are pretty decent for most things.

Bandages and first aid kit
The guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful in telling me all about the online store. I had no problems at all navigating the website and placing my order. The stuff I ordered came right on time and was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and online experience were awesome, and I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
