Specific contractor search
My experience with Modernize trying to find a contractor was really disappointing. Even though I made it clear what I was looking for and didn't want other companies to contact me, I got bombarded with calls from a bunch of different companies right after I filled out the form. It was super frustrating having to deal with all these calls from companies that couldn't even help me. I'll definitely be more careful about using Modernize in the future because of all those annoying calls.

Bandages and first aid kit
The guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful in telling me all about the online store. I had no problems at all navigating the website and placing my order. The stuff I ordered came right on time and was exactly what I was looking for. The customer service and online experience were awesome, and I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I'll for sure be coming back to shop here again.
