Memorial memento for a co-worker
I got a memorial gift for a co-worker who just lost her granddaughter. At first, there was a mix-up with the birthdate on the delivery, but the customer service folks were super quick to help me out and walk me through re-ordering. They also suggested a different stone color that would make the photo on the gift look even better. I ended up getting another memorial stone for the grieving mom with a personalized picture of her little one, which was a really nice gesture. Both stones showed up right on time and the family loved them. The customer service team even checked in with me to make sure everything was good. I'm really impressed with the service and the quality of Stunning Gift Store and definitely recommend them for any memorial or keepsake gifts you might need.

The process of personalizing and placing the order was super easy, and I really liked how the team kept me updated on the shipping. But man, when I finally got my canvas with the photos, I was pretty bummed out. The quality was so bad that some of the faces were super blurry and unrecognizable. Even though I was let down, I'm thinking I might give them another shot down the road.

I just got a custom collage from this company and let me tell you, I was super impressed with the service I got. Canvas Picture
Ordering a canvas picture was really easy and the picture turned out great. The only hiccup was a mix-up with the shipping address on the Expedited UPS label, which was a bit of a pain. Everyone was pointing fingers, but luckily the canvas arrived on time. The person who received the gift, a portrait of a Stepbrother's dog and owner, absolutely adored it.

This company is horrible. They charged me 3 separate times via there we site and then kept
Delaying the order because of their system. Was promised before Mother’s Day and then was told after Mother’s Day. Wasn’t even offered an expedited shipping. Horrible.Memorial collage on canvas
When sent the proof to approve it stated to be sure your personal content is correct. It was but apparently any imperfections on their end do not get fixed. I received my product and it has about five or six bright spots on it that I cannot fix. A wonderful family lost their dog and I created this memory collage for them. Unfortunately stunning gifts has offered me 15% back and a 15% coupon toward my next purchase. I can't give this purchase to this family because there are bright spots on the face of the owner of this deceased pup. Just beware and make sure you look at it extremely well including their imperfections before you approve the final. Unfortunately I thought those would be taken care of but they responded that they were in the proof and I okayed it so I'm pretty much stuck with it. I will be ordering another one from another company but for $70 I thought I would get a better product. They will respond that they sent me an email like they do to all of these but it just goes unresolved and they found in their favor. I'm not even taking the 15% because I wasn't looking for a discount I was looking for a good product. Just beware
