    I bought this tracking app that was supposed to be amazing but it ended up being a huge letdown. It didn't work like they said it would and I felt like I got ripped off. Luckily, I read some reviews and found another company that had a way better tracking solution. They gave me a reliable way to get all the info I needed. If you need a solid tracking service, I totally suggest getting in touch with them.

    I bought some spray paint from this store not too long ago and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. The customer service was just awful, the person I talked to was so rude and talked down to me when I called to sort out a problem with my order. They didn't even try to help me out and instead decided to give me unsolicited parenting tips. And on top of all that, they charge way too much for returns and reshipping, even when they were the ones who messed up. I'm definitely not going back there and I suggest you steer clear too.

    Company is a scam, or has gone out of business but continues to collect customers’ money. Emails are still going out advertising discounts and sales, but orders are never fulfilled. The website reflects order status as “paid” and “unfulfilled”, and while money is collected and order confirmation received, shipping confirmation never comes, both in my own personal experience and - I’ve now heard from many others - in the case of any orders over the last few months. The company’s phone recording says all customer service is handled via email, but nobody ever responds to emails to either address, or voicemails, Instagram messages to the business page, etc. The owner, Kimberly Jewell, according to the webpage’s blog, refuses to respond to disputes for goods not received. Fortunately, my bank was able to issue a chargeback for the scam. Buyer beware.

    I ordered something online from this company, but I never got it. I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, and all they say is they're waiting to hear from their investigations team. It's been over 2 months of getting the same runaround, and it doesn't look like it's going anywhere. I even filed a dispute with PayPal, but they said since the package shows as delivered (even though I never got it), they won't give me my money back. This company seriously has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from them online unless you want them to rip you off.

    I gotta be honest, my experience with the staff at this hotel was really disappointing. The service was just okay, they didn't really try to make me feel at home or well taken care of during my stay. The whole booking process was confusing and disorganized, which made it a pain to make a reservation. And when it came to the prices, they were way too high for the kind of service I got. Overall, my experience didn't live up to what I was hoping for and left me wanting more.

    I gotta say, being a customer at Houzz, I was really impressed with their selection of home decor items. The quality is top-notch.     So, my order got sent to the wrong address. I showed them proof of the screw-up but the customer service folks were not helpful at all. They wouldn't give me my money back and told me to talk to the shipping company instead. I went ahead and filed a claim with the shipping company, now just waiting to see what comes out of their investigation. Journeys dropping the ball here has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I think they need to own up to their mistake and either replace my order or give me a refund before they deal with the shipping company. This whole situation has me thinking twice about buying from them again.

    I was kinda unsure at first, you know, thinking this might be some sort of scam. But once I saw that I could pay with PayPal, I felt better about it. And let me tell you, when I got those fancy Miracle sheets in the mail, my skepticism turned straight into pure excitement. Those sheets are so darn soft and comfy, it's like sleeping on a cloud. Seriously, they've made a real difference in how well I sleep. No more waking up in the middle of the night all sweaty and kicking the covers off. Yeah, they might cost a little more, but let me tell you, it's worth every penny. You really get what you pay for, and in this case, it's a blissful night's sleep.

    Renewing my car insurance with this company is turning into a real head-scratcher. Got an email about it, but it left out key stuff like the price and a link to go further. When I tried logging in online, it was one problem after another - my password got denied, the reset email never showed up no matter how many times I tried, and the live chat was shut down even though it was supposed to be open. Even tried calling the breakdown/accident help line, but they were closed, too. Feels like they're not interested in keeping me as a customer!

    Misleading sizing on clothing

    This company seriously needs to rethink their shipping and return policies. I've wasted a ton of money on shipping and return costs because their clothes are all over the place in sizing. It's impossible to tell if something will fit until you try it on. But if you need to swap sizes, they hit you with more shipping and return charges. I've forked over way too much cash on these fees in no time, and I've been stuck with stuff that's too big because I'm over dropping money on shipping. It's just frustrating and disappointing.

    After using this new phone plan for a while, I gotta say I'm really liking it. Everything works great, just like my old plan. Calls, texts, and internet all work perfectly.     The customer service at this company is just awful. They never admit when they mess up and instead, they try to make it seem like the problem is your fault. Their billing system is a real headache too - it randomly changes your plan without giving you a heads up, based on the number of agents you have. So, if you happen to add one extra agent, poof - your plan jumps to a higher price without any warning. It's not fair and the company needs to be upfront about how they bill their customers. Dealing with this kind of lack of responsibility and empathy from the customer service team is beyond frustrating.

    I ordered my stuff like a month ago and I still haven't gotten it! Can you believe it? I even shelled out extra for that fast shipping, but my package has been stuck in shipping limbo for weeks now with zero updates. Every time I hit up the company to ask what's up, they just say to chill and wait a bit longer. It's seriously driving me crazy how they're keeping me in the dark like this.
