I bought some headphones from OneCall not long ago, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. They worked fine without a wire, but after about 5 months, when I tried using them with a wire on a plane, they started acting up and making a ton of noise. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to see a $70 restocking fee on my bill. I wasn't told about this fee beforehand, and I don't think it's right to charge customers for returning faulty items. On top of that, both OneCall and Amazon, who actually sent me the headphones, wouldn't take responsibility for the problem. Amazon gave me a return label, but didn't mention the fee, while OneCall tried to say they weren't really involved with the sale, even though they were on my bill. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with how both companies handled this situation and would recommend others to be careful dealing with them.
Online purchase of electronics
The online service at this store was really great - it was super easy to use and made shopping a breeze. Usually, I like talking to someone when I buy stuff, but this website was so helpful that I didn't even need to. It was simple to find what I wanted and make a decision. I found the product I was after in no time and checked out without any issues. All in all, I was really impressed with the service I got.
Single speaker purchase
I recently bought a single speaker and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. At first, the company seemed a bit unsure when I only ordered one speaker, but they quickly reached out by phone and email to confirm my order. It's rare to find this level of attention and customer service these days. And even though their prices aren't the cheapest, the quick delivery totally makes up for it. I ordered at 7 pm and by 9 pm, Fed-ex was already on it. The next morning, my package had already made its way through Billings, MT. I was super impressed with how fast they processed and shipped my order. No complaints from me - I'd definitely do business with them again in the future.
Camera online order
I recently bought a camera online and it was a total nightmare. After I placed my order, I got a call from a really rude and nosy representative who was super unprofessional. He not only doubted who I was, but he also asked all kinds of personal questions about how I was going to use the camera. He even went as far as calling the company where I rent office space to confirm my address. It was completely crazy! I just wanted to buy a camera, not go through an interrogation. Stay away from this company unless you're ready to deal with a bunch of unnecessary hassle and invasive questions.
High-quality router
I just got this super fancy router from OneCall and man, let me tell you, they hooked it up with some top-notch customer service. Cd9, aka Chloe, was the bomb. She knew everything there was to know about the product and gave me all the deets I needed to make a smart choice. She wasn't all up in my face trying to sell me stuff, just kept it cool and professional. I'm really grateful for the awesome customer service from OneCall.
Online chat assistance
Today, I had a really awesome experience getting some help from this person on the online chat. They were so helpful and now I know exactly what to do for next time. I'm thrilled to have found this service - it's gonna be a lifesaver and make things so much easier for me. I'm already looking forward to using it again!
LE9 renewal
The wait for my LE9 renewal was way longer than I thought, but the service totally made up for it. I really liked being able to talk to an actual human when I had questions, instead of just a robot or computer.
Tried to contact for 5 days
I've been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days straight and it's been impossible! Like, seriously, who takes that long to respond? I'm definitely not bothering to contact them again. Avoid them at all costs!

Excellent products ,I must say
Last week Yamaha Music cast ,almost like home theater. Super bass , great range, bluetooth headphone connection wirelessly, connect speakers wherever you find better, so many features can't be described here. Just fantastic..I never seen such wonderful set of super sound, great.
