    Workman's comp case

    My experience with OneCall was really frustrating and took up so much time. Most of the staff were nice, but the way they did things was just so slow. Every step of the way seemed to have problems and take forever. Like, I'd have to wait on hold while they tried to get my imaging, only to be told they'd call me back and then never did. I tried reaching out a bunch of times, but ended up having to call imaging myself to set up the appointment. Even after all that, they said they couldn't get in touch with me and closed my Workman's comp case. Now I have to start all over because they didn't follow through. Dealing with how they handled everything has been really frustrating and just made my injury recovery harder than it needed to be.

    Insurance purchase difficulties

    Customer service at this company is seriously lacking the human touch. It's super hard to reach a real person, especially if you're not great with technology. Your only option is online chat, but even that takes forever. And not having a personal online portal just makes things more frustrating. It's been a pretty disappointing experience - it makes you wonder if saving money on insurance is really worth all the hassle of trying to talk to them.

    Defective Bose headphones

    I bought some headphones from OneCall not long ago, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. They worked fine without a wire, but after about 5 months, when I tried using them with a wire on a plane, they started acting up and making a ton of noise. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to see a $70 restocking fee on my bill. I wasn't told about this fee beforehand, and I don't think it's right to charge customers for returning faulty items. On top of that, both OneCall and Amazon, who actually sent me the headphones, wouldn't take responsibility for the problem. Amazon gave me a return label, but didn't mention the fee, while OneCall tried to say they weren't really involved with the sale, even though they were on my bill. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with how both companies handled this situation and would recommend others to be careful dealing with them.

    MRI scheduling assistance

    I reached out to your customer service team recently to set up an MRI appointment because I hadn't heard back after giving the go-ahead. The whole thing didn't go as smoothly as I wanted. I had to call multiple times to check on my appointment, which was annoying because I could have just done it in one go. Also, I got stuck on hold with a rep while trying to sort out the problem, and that wasn't the great customer service I thought I was going to get.

    Cancelled my insurance due to high renewal costs

    Man, I was so disappointed when I had to cancel my insurance with that company because they wanted to raise the price by 40% for the same coverage. I mean, come on! That's a huge increase for no reason. And on top of that, they wouldn't give me my no claims bonus certificate unless I paid extra. Can you believe that? I've never seen anything like it. It's so unfair! I'm really upset about it, so I decided to escalate the issue to the financial ombudsman. Ha! That will show them, company!

    I recently bought a single speaker and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. At first, the company seemed a bit unsure when I only ordered one speaker, but they quickly reached out by phone and email to confirm my order. It's rare to find this level of attention and customer service these days. And even though their prices aren't the cheapest, the quick delivery totally makes up for it. I ordered at 7 pm and by 9 pm, Fed-ex was already on it. The next morning, my package had already made its way through Billings, MT. I was super impressed with how fast they processed and shipped my order. No complaints from me - I'd definitely do business with them again in the future.

    I just got car insurance from a comparison site and then OneCall gave me a call to talk about it. The person who called me was really nice and took the time to go through everything with me.     Car insurance renewal

    Renewing my car insurance with this company is turning into a real head-scratcher. Got an email about it, but it left out key stuff like the price and a link to go further. When I tried logging in online, it was one problem after another - my password got denied, the reset email never showed up no matter how many times I tried, and the live chat was shut down even though it was supposed to be open. Even tried calling the breakdown/accident help line, but they were closed, too. Feels like they're not interested in keeping me as a customer!

    NCD certificate issue

    I've been really frustrated dealing with this company - this is actually my second time leaving a review. At first, everything seemed okay, but when I needed some help, they've been impossible to reach. Trying to get them to give me an NCD certificate has been a complete nightmare. They hit me with extra fees hidden in the fine print, and now they're MIA. It's so aggravating that they're not answering my emails or picking up the phone.

    I recently bought a camera online and it was a total nightmare. After I placed my order, I got a call from a really rude and nosy representative who was super unprofessional. He not only doubted who I was, but he also asked all kinds of personal questions about how I was going to use the camera. He even went as far as calling the company where I rent office space to confirm my address. It was completely crazy! I just wanted to buy a camera, not go through an interrogation. Stay away from this company unless you're ready to deal with a bunch of unnecessary hassle and invasive questions.
