Single speaker purchase
I recently bought a single speaker and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. At first, the company seemed a bit unsure when I only ordered one speaker, but they quickly reached out by phone and email to confirm my order. It's rare to find this level of attention and customer service these days. And even though their prices aren't the cheapest, the quick delivery totally makes up for it. I ordered at 7 pm and by 9 pm, Fed-ex was already on it. The next morning, my package had already made its way through Billings, MT. I was super impressed with how fast they processed and shipped my order. No complaints from me - I'd definitely do business with them again in the future.
High-quality router
I just got this super fancy router from OneCall and man, let me tell you, they hooked it up with some top-notch customer service. Cd9, aka Chloe, was the bomb. She knew everything there was to know about the product and gave me all the deets I needed to make a smart choice. She wasn't all up in my face trying to sell me stuff, just kept it cool and professional. I'm really grateful for the awesome customer service from OneCall.

I just got car insurance from a comparison site and then OneCall gave me a call to talk about it. The person who called me was really nice and took the time to go through everything with me. Last week Yamaha Music cast ,almost like home theater. Super bass , great range, bluetooth headphone connection wirelessly, connect speakers wherever you find better, so many features can't be described here. Just fantastic..I never seen such wonderful set of super sound, great.LE9 renewal
The wait for my LE9 renewal was way longer than I thought, but the service totally made up for it. I really liked being able to talk to an actual human when I had questions, instead of just a robot or computer.
Car insurance renewal
Renewing my car insurance with this company is turning into a real head-scratcher. Got an email about it, but it left out key stuff like the price and a link to go further. When I tried logging in online, it was one problem after another - my password got denied, the reset email never showed up no matter how many times I tried, and the live chat was shut down even though it was supposed to be open. Even tried calling the breakdown/accident help line, but they were closed, too. Feels like they're not interested in keeping me as a customer!
NCD certificate issue
I've been really frustrated dealing with this company - this is actually my second time leaving a review. At first, everything seemed okay, but when I needed some help, they've been impossible to reach. Trying to get them to give me an NCD certificate has been a complete nightmare. They hit me with extra fees hidden in the fine print, and now they're MIA. It's so aggravating that they're not answering my emails or picking up the phone.
Camera online order
I recently bought a camera online and it was a total nightmare. After I placed my order, I got a call from a really rude and nosy representative who was super unprofessional. He not only doubted who I was, but he also asked all kinds of personal questions about how I was going to use the camera. He even went as far as calling the company where I rent office space to confirm my address. It was completely crazy! I just wanted to buy a camera, not go through an interrogation. Stay away from this company unless you're ready to deal with a bunch of unnecessary hassle and invasive questions.
Tried to contact for 5 days
I've been trying to get a hold of them for 5 days straight and it's been impossible! Like, seriously, who takes that long to respond? I'm definitely not bothering to contact them again. Avoid them at all costs!
