I just got car insurance from a comparison site and then OneCall gave me a call to talk about it. The person who called me was really nice and took the time to go through everything with me. It made it super simple for me, especially at my age of 82. I really want to thank OneCall for the great service they provided.

Tour of Britain and Ireland
I'm not a big fan of tours since I feel like I could plan a better and cheaper trip on my own, but I wanted to see all the great stuff in Britain. The tour guide and driver, Gary and Sid, were really cool, but the bus was cramped and not comfy. The sights were pretty awesome, but I wish I could have done a tour of London. The hotels were hit or miss - some were fantastic, but others were really gross and old. The food was okay, but some places were confusing with the drinks. And it was a bummer that no one had name tags. Overall, I'd say it was about a C grade experience.

Business class flight
My experience flying business class with Lufthansa was not great at all. They talk a big game on their website about having lots of food options, but that didn't match up with what I actually got. The menu they gave me was wrong, and the food just wasn't up to par. Boarding was a mess, too - business class folks had to wait in line with the economy crowd. The staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else, and everything felt really outdated. When I complained about it, the response I got was totally unprofessional. They didn't really address any of the issues I had during the flight.

Vacuum sealer purchase
The vacuum sealer I bought is seriously top-notch and works like a dream. It's really well-made and totally exceeded all my expectations. This thing is a total money-saver because I can seal up my food and keep it fresh longer, minimizing waste. Plus, the customer service I got from the company was amazing. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Helmet headphones Chips 2.0
Had problems with headphones when I first ordered product early in 2023. Outdoor Tech authorized the return. I sent them back to Outdoor Tech for repair/replacement, at my cost for shipping. It’s been over 5 months now and no repair or new product. Outdoor Tech has had very little communication with me on status of warranty work. Other than a couple robo responses and an email that they had a fire, theft at factory. I never hear from them, until I contact them about status and they respond with no change. Absolutely terrible customer support and service. I own several Outdoor Tech products, but will never buy another.

I had made a purchase at end of January. The dress I ordered was not the dress I received. It was supposed to be a cotton dress, what I received was a cheap spandex material that looked like something you would purchase from the dollar store. I emailed the COMPANY explaining that NO response THEN i went ON Facebook and i found this HELP INFO OF THE COMPANY THE customer service is the BEST I have ever seen in my entire life THE PROVIDE me the SHIPPING LABEL AND MY GREEN DOLLAR WAS DEPOSITED INFO MY ACCOUNT. I WILL NEVER BUY THIS CHEAP, GARBAGE DRESS FROM THIS COMPANY AWFUL CLOTHING STOREContact BBB. I always do and get my refund this way.

I’m following your instructions for reporting this company. I learned a ver expensive lesson having purchased from this company. I just donated every item I purchased to the homeless. (And feel guilty cause it’s junk)
I ordered 2 darling pair of slip on shoes from this company and a t-shirt. The first pair of shoes arrived and were way too big. I reported this to the company and the response was that if I wanted to return them I would have to send them back to China. I wanted to wait until my order was complete before I made a decision. They did offer a 15% refund if I wanted to keep the item. Well the second part of the order arrived and of course the shoes did not fit. I have requested the 15% refund on those shoes also. I will keep the t-shirt, but it is not nearly the quality of other items I have ordered from other on line locations. I will not order from this company again and was surprised that they are not on YELP for complaints.

I would not wear the dress they sent me to the bathroom. Material cheap. Size is wrong. Color and print were different than the picture. Style was not as advertised. Why is this company allowed to lie about their return system? It is only a big scam.

I wish i read these reviews first. The quality of construction, fabric, and print is the lowest I've every seen. I ordered 10 items and returned 8.
I ordered three tops, came very quickly, but the size small was very small, plus two did not look at all like the webpage, I'm trying to return these, hope it goes smoothly, If I have to return to China, I'll donate them. This company has a twin called Noracora... exact same merchandise, and the exact same crappy customer experiences. Note to self: Read reviews of the company before purchasing anything.

Try returning something. Typed in my correct email and the order number at least five times and each time the response wa that there was no match. Tried doing a live chat as suggested and unable to find. Total scam company, don't buy anything form them.
Thankfully, I ordered two tops. I was going to order more, but decided to get these two first and see how it went. I received the package timely, but the quality if poor at best. I ordered a medium top, that i believed was a sweatshirt, it was super large and appeared to be a picture that was taken from a really nice sweatshirt sold elsewhere and copied on bad material of some sort. the other fit fine, but again, looks like a photo copy of something really nice and just basically something i would wear to clean the house. Very disappointed!
Bait and switch. That should be ZoLucky's tagline. Order from a picture of a great pair of boots. Unpack garbage -- with no structure. Plastic instead of leather. Returning? -- they gave me an address in Vietnam!! Do not order from this site -- unless you are in Viet Nam and can easily return the product. No, not even then.
Order two xxl shirts and a sweatshirt for my wife’s anniversary one month ahead of time. They arrived two weeks late appeared to be size xs. The sweatshirt was made from a t-shirt material. Return process is not worth the aggravation of not getting all my money back. China is going to rule the world using our money ???? they won’t have to invade just send us COVID laced clothing and masks ????

I bought a shirt from them a few years ago. What they sent looked like what some kid had drawn it with his left hand. What a joke! then I tried to return it, NOPE, they wouldn't let me or give me my money back. It's a scam, and they make a couple bucks on 150K unsuspecting people a month... it's a well-oiled machine and some schmuck in Taiwan or ? lives in a Penthouse, and the crazy part is our Gov't allows it to happen.

DO NOT buy from this site. Product is nothing like the pictures. Material is STIFF and cheap and uncomfortable. Read the fine print for refunds/exchange before purchasing, wish I did. Do not believe other reviews. This is pretty much a scam website. Product is not like the website and does not even have any tags. Please do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY. Read the reviews. Listen to those who have gone before you. Takes weeks to get your items, the quality of the material is cheap, sizing is way off, my shorts were literally NOT FINISHED. They were missing the bottom seam entirely. To return them you have to ship them to Hong Kong on your own dime and IF they refund you at all it will be less than half. This is not a clothing company, it is a scam.
Service is non-existent. Have tried multiple times to track my order and to ask customer service for help. The track order doesn't work at all, and customer service rejects my complaint every time saying the verification code is wrong, even though it has been wrong every time!! They do not help at all!!!

I was about to place my order and thought I would search for a coupon code, only to come across these reviews. I had intended to buy a few shirts in the hopes of returning those that did not fit. First and last time order clothes online. the clothes deliver look like they took a picture of the real things and added it to cheap material. The refund policy is ridiculous . You have to pay all cost for shipping it back to china. they wanted in addition the money I paid for multiple items and they wanted an additional 76 dollars to send it back and would not credit my account. its an experience that will prevent me from ever online shopping again

I bought 3 dresses
I really like the dresses but I need to exchange two of them for different sizes.
They gave me a ticket number but no instructions on where to send or how to exchange. I have sent them numerous email sand i keep getting the same email back that refers me to a link that doesn't give any information. So I will not be purchasing anything else from them.I LOVE THE DRESS HOWEVER I NEED A XL , THE XXL IS TOO BIG. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS DRESS IN XL PLEASE REFUND ME.

Zolucky is absolute garbage!
Zolucky is absolute garbage!! They show you photos of clothes then send completely different items. When I contacted them to arrange for a return, they said I would be responsible for shipping to China and it would cost me more in shipping than the clothes cost. What they do should be illegal. Ordered sterling silver earrings that were actually made of plastic. Amazing :(
