Pillow purchase
I had to wait 8 whole days to find out when my pillows were going to be shipped and delivered. After reaching out to customer service, they finally let me know that the pillows had been sent out already. It took another 2 days for them to actually arrive at my door, which tells me they only got moving because I asked about it. The pillows themselves are really good quality, so I might buy from them again, but next time I won't wait so long before checking in. Hopefully, this was just a one-off thing.

Ostrich feather floor lamp/table lamp
The feathers feel really nice and the lamp looks amazing. But when we tried putting it up, things didn't go smoothly. Even though we followed the directions given to us, we had some problems. Once we finally got it set up right, the lamp really stands out as a beautiful piece in any home, whether it's lit up or not.

Defective Bose headphones
I bought some headphones from OneCall not long ago, but unfortunately, they turned out to be defective. They worked fine without a wire, but after about 5 months, when I tried using them with a wire on a plane, they started acting up and making a ton of noise. When I tried to return them, I was surprised to see a $70 restocking fee on my bill. I wasn't told about this fee beforehand, and I don't think it's right to charge customers for returning faulty items. On top of that, both OneCall and Amazon, who actually sent me the headphones, wouldn't take responsibility for the problem. Amazon gave me a return label, but didn't mention the fee, while OneCall tried to say they weren't really involved with the sale, even though they were on my bill. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with how both companies handled this situation and would recommend others to be careful dealing with them.
