    Non-shipment issue

    I had a really frustrating experience with this company recently. I put in an order, but the item never got shipped, and they weren't responding to my emails or calls. I also noticed they were deleting any bad comments about shipping from their social media. When I messaged them directly, they said they'd look into it and let me know, but I never heard back from anyone. It makes me think they might not be running their business in a very honest way.

    Maileg mom and dad mice in a cigar box

    I was really excited when I got my Maileg mom and dad mice from Little Lona in such a cute cigar box. They arrived right in time for Christmas and I'm thrilled! The price was really good and the packaging was adorable. I had such a great shopping experience and I'll definitely be back for more stuff in the future!

    Company is a scam, or has gone out of business but continues to collect customers’ money. Emails are still going out advertising discounts and sales, but orders are never fulfilled. The website reflects order status as “paid” and “unfulfilled”, and while money is collected and order confirmation received, shipping confirmation never comes, both in my own personal experience and - I’ve now heard from many others - in the case of any orders over the last few months. The company’s phone recording says all customer service is handled via email, but nobody ever responds to emails to either address, or voicemails, Instagram messages to the business page, etc. The owner, Kimberly Jewell, according to the webpage’s blog, refuses to respond to disputes for goods not received. Fortunately, my bank was able to issue a chargeback for the scam. Buyer beware.

    Maileg sets Black Friday discount purchase

    I snagged some Maileg sets during their Black Friday sale and gotta say, I was super happy with how fast they showed up. The packaging was solid and the products were exactly as described on the website. Getting a deal on Maileg stuff isn't easy, so I was pumped to grab what I wanted at a reduced price.

    Awesome clothes

    Oh my gosh, I found the most awesome clothes at this place! The styles were so cool and totally my style. But man, the customer service was seriously lacking. I tried calling, emailing, and even sent them messages on Instagram, but got nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks and my order hasn't even shipped or been updated. I spent a lot of money on these clothes and now I don't know if I'll ever receive them. I should've just shopped somewhere else. It's so frustrating.

    I ordered this really awesome neon blue hoodie, but it never showed up. At first, they told me it was on back order and would ship in January, but then they stopped communicating altogether. I went back and forth for a while, and eventually got an email apologizing and promising a refund. But it's been a long time and still no refund. It's so frustrating!

    Expensive stroller purchase

    This company is totally shady. We bought a pricey stroller that never even got sent to us. So, we reached out to find out what's up, and they said they didn’t even have it in stock and offered to give our money back. I'm definitely gonna report them to the FBI for pulling this scam.

    The price for the custom framed artwork was amazing! It was shipped directly from a 3rd party, but Little Lona got back to me about my email question quickly, within just a day. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be shopping on this site again.

    I ordered something 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped! I've been trying to reach out to them via email and phone, but haven't gotten a response. I'm beginning to doubt the legitimacy of this company. If anyone has found a way to get a refund, please share with me!
