    I recently shopped online and it was a total letdown. They had a good selection of items, but most of the stuff I wanted wasn't in stock at the store. I ended up ordering everything online, thinking it would all come at once. But nope, each item showed up separately and it was a hassle. I tried to return one item right away because I wasn't happy with it. When I went to the store, they wouldn't take it back because it didn't have a barcode or SKU. The item had tags, but no info the cashier needed. Also, there was no paperwork, just an email confirming my purchase. I tried calling customer service, but the wait time was crazy long and I kept getting disconnected. My whole online shopping experience with Marshalls was terrible. I'm never buying from them online again.

    This place is just terrible! Their online account system is a complete joke. I was trying to update some information, but they kept messing it up. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. They just kept transferring me around like a hot potato and even asked to talk to a ghost at one point! It took forever to fix such a simple problem. I mean, really, how do they even manage to stay in business?

    I'm so frustrated with the service I've been getting from this store. I'm a responsible gun owner with a valid concealed permit, and I thought buying a gun would be a quick and easy process. But it's been almost three weeks and my 22 gun still isn't ready. This delay is ridiculous, and I feel like they're stepping on my rights.     I ordered a soccer jersey from this store back in November 2022 and I gotta say, it was a major bummer that I never got what I paid for. I was really looking forward to rocking my local club's gear, but instead, I ended up wasting my time and money on something that never showed up. It's pretty frustrating to see that they haven't gotten their act together when it comes to deliveries, especially since it seems like a bunch of other people have had the same problem.     Venus Eye and LED Mask

    I just came across this brand by chance and figured I'd give their Venus Eye and LED Mask a shot. Gotta admit, I'm pretty impressed with how it's turned out. The Venus Eye is now a staple in my eye care routine, and the LED Mask really gives my skin a nice, fresh look. The only bummer is that if I take a break from using it, that glow doesn't stick around. But hey, in general, I'm happy with what I got from them.

    I recently had a really frustrating experience trying to order a school uniform for my daughter. I ordered it online and then a week later got an email saying that the item was canceled, but with no explanation at all. It was supposed to be in stock on the website, but suddenly it was out of stock with no real reason why. When I reached out to customer service to ask what happened, they couldn't tell me why the order was canceled, just that I would get a refund. Then, to top it off, I got another email apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that the item wasn't available. This lack of clear communication is not okay, and as a parent, I'm really disappointed in how this was handled. Unfortunately, I won't be shopping with this company anymore after this experience.

    Purchased an electric bidet seat

    I just bought an electric bidet seat, and man, was I bummed out by the shape it was in when it got here. It was obviously used, gross, and even had water leaking out when I first opened it up. I was pretty annoyed right off the bat and tried to reach out to customer service right away to set up a return and get my money back so I could look into other choices.     I recently bought a jacket and gloves from FC-Moto. I wanted to make sure I got the right size, so I ordered both sizes and planned to return the one that didn't fit. But this time, things didn't go smoothly. When the package arrived, I saw that the box was damaged, and one pair of gloves was missing. FC-Moto didn't take responsibility for the mistake, so I had to deal with the delivery company they picked. I had some doubts about the reputation of this courier in the U.K., but I had no other option. The courier said they had no record of my delivery, and no one had told me it was on the way. Now, I'm stuck without a pair of gloves and had to pay for them, making the jacket I kept much more expensive than I planned. This whole thing has left me feeling let down and frustrated, and I've decided not to shop at FC-Moto again.
