I am really unhappy with the service we've been getting from this company. We've been dealing with ongoing issues with SMS delivery for weeks now, and it's been frustrating because our messages aren't reaching our customers. Even after our mobile provider confirmed that the messages weren't going through, TextMagic hasn't been able to give us any answers or solutions. The customer support has been no help at all, and we feel like we're on our own. The price we're paying for this kind of service just isn't worth it, so we're looking into other options because we're really not satisfied with TextMagic.
