Car rental mess
Oh my god, I had the absolute worst time at this car rental place! I had no idea I needed a credit card for a deposit, it was in such small print at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions. It took me 2 hours on the phone and 4 more trying to fix it, but I just couldn't anymore. The customer service there is seriously the worst I've ever experienced.
Car rental experience
My experience renting a car from this company was great. The staff was really friendly and got everything done fast and easy. The prices were fair, and I liked that they checked the car for any damage before I took off. Even though I didn't see any scratches right away, I ended up finding a big one that was hard to spot. I told them about it, and they took care of it without any problems. I've rented from them two times now, and both times have been really good.
Car rental experience
During my recent trip to the car rental, I was really let down by the service they gave us. We booked two cars with two extra drivers, paid up front, but when we got there, they said we couldn't have one of the cars because of some unclear "terms and conditions." It was so frustrating and confusing for all of us. Other companies let you have multiple drivers, but not them. We ended up having to pay extra for another car under a different name, and we kept getting put at the end of the line, which wasted a lot of our time and money. All in all, it was a total disaster and really put a damper on our weekend getaway.
Rental experience at airport
I recently rented a car at the airport location and I have to say, the service was excellent. The transfer from the airport to the off-site location was fast and smooth, which was a nice surprise. The insurance they offered at a competitive price lowered my damage excess to zero, which gave me peace of mind in case of an accident. Although there was a small issue with the first car I got, the staff quickly switched me to another vehicle that was in perfect condition. The counter staff were friendly and very helpful throughout the entire process. Overall, I had a great experience with this car rental company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental car at this airport location.
Car rental experience
My experience with this car rental company was a total nightmare. They took way too much money out of my bank account for a speeding ticket that I'm pretty sure I didn't even deserve. When I asked for proof of the speed limit, they had nothing to show me. They did end up giving some money back, but not the whole amount. It took forever to get it sorted out, and they even shorted me 11 euros. Their customer service was terrible - they stopped answering my questions. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
Rental experience, ridiculous petrol charges
I rented a car from a car rental company and everything was good until I got my bill. Even though I got a free upgrade and everything went pretty smoothly, I was really surprised to see they charged me a crazy amount for extra gas. I returned the car with just a little bit of gas missing, but they still hit me with a big fee. It was really annoying and felt like they were trying to rip me off. If you decide to rent from this company, make sure you bring the car back will a full tank to avoid getting hit with extra charges.
Car rental experience at Airport Punta Gorda FL
I just rented a car from a rental agency at Punta Gorda Airport in Florida. I gotta say, the staff there, especially Orson and Guenther, really went above and beyond to make my trip awesome. The Audi Q7 I got was super fancy and in top-notch condition, which made my ride smooth and enjoyable. The team was so professional and on top of everything, making sure I had everything I needed and that the rental process was easy. All in all, it was a great experience and I'd definitely suggest this car rental agency to others.
Pre-booked rental car from Anaheim branch
I reserved a rental car from a specific branch in advance and I was really disappointed with how I was treated. Even though I had all the necessary paperwork - a US passport and a UK driver's license - the person working there wouldn't give me the car, saying that my documents didn't match up. I tried to explain that I'm an American living overseas and it can be tough to get certain paperwork, but they wouldn't listen or help me at all. Even the manager there agreed with them, saying it was the company's rule. It was frustrating and left me stuck without a car, even though I had made a reservation through a well-known site. It's not cool to face that kind of inflexibility and lack of understanding, especially from a rental car company. I don't recommend using them if you want reliable and friendly service.
Rental car experience
I recently rented a car from this company after flying into Buffalo, New York last week. Even though my trip there wasn't for a great reason, the service I got at the rental counter was amazing. The guy, Eli, was super nice and even gave me a free upgrade, which was a total surprise and really nice of him. Eli was professional, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed for my trip. When I returned the car, the staff made it easy and quick, asking me about my experience and guiding me to where I needed to go. Overall, I was really impressed with how well the staff took care of everything. I've rented cars from other places before, but none of them have come close to the awesome service I got from this company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to rent a car in the future.
Overpriced rental car
My experience with this rental car company was really disappointing. The car they gave me had underinflated tires, so I had to go back and get them filled. Then, it happened again at the end of my trip. I tried reaching out to customer support three times, but they never got back to me. It's like if you have any problems with this company, you're on your own. They didn't even offer any compensation or a simple response. It seems like they just want to ignore the problem and wish it will go away.

I recently rented a car from this rental company and let me tell you, the service was amazing. The airport locations were super convenient for picking up and dropping off the car. The staff was really nice and took the time to explain everything about the car. Even though the cars had a lot of miles on them, they worked perfectly throughout the whole four weeks I had them. I was on the road in no time when I arrived, and returning the car was quick too. They checked everything in just five minutes. Overall, I was really impressed with the service from this car rental company.

My car rental experience was awesome. The car was super easy to drive and had all the cool gadgets to play with. The rental office staff at the airport were really helpful and friendly. They also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Thanks to the car and awesome service, I had an amazing driving vacation overall.
Happy with car rentals
I love renting cars from this place whenever I'm in Bologna. The cars are always so nice and clean, sometimes they even upgrade me to a better car without charging me extra! The customer service is amazing, especially Bianca, she's always so friendly. The best part is there are never any long lines at the counter. I'll definitely continue renting from here and recommend it to all my friends!

Barcelona airport car rental
We were at the airport picking up our car rental for a family trip, and let me just say, it was a disaster! The car we booked was delayed by like, 3 hours, and we had to wait with all the kids. I mean, come on! Don't they understand that kids have zero patience and need to get moving quickly? It was so disappointing and made the trip much longer than necessary. That was not cool at all.
Rental car experience at KTW Airport in Poland
I had a not-so-great time with my rental car at KTW Airport in Poland. I decided to skip the insurance, and when I brought the car back, they said I messed it up even though I definitely didn't. Nobody was there in person to talk to about it, so I couldn't argue against the made-up fees. It really bugged me and now I want to make sure others know to be careful too.

I wanted to tell you about my recent experience renting a car. So, I had booked an Automatic Arona, but when I showed up in the morning, they didn't have that one ready. Luckily, the person working there was really nice and asked around to other desks to see if they had something similar - and they did! They found me an automatic hybrid instead. The staff was super friendly and made sure I got a car that worked for me. It was a great experience overall.

My experience renting a car at this one spot turned out to be pretty nice. I didn't actually plan to go with this rental company, but I was happy with the service I got. Rented a car in Santiago de Compostela
The people working at the car rental spot in Santiago de Compostela were really unprofessional and not helpful at all. We got there on time to pick up our rental car, but the desk was closed and the staff just took off, not even acknowledging us. We were stuck at the airport late at night with no way to get to where we were staying, which wasn't even in the same city. The staff's lack of communication and help made us feel totally stranded and deserted. Dealing with this situation was super frustrating and stressful, and it could have been avoided if they had just provided better customer service.
Bulb replacement reimbursement
So I went to Alamo to rent a car, and then my stop light bulb started acting up. They told me to get it fixed and they would reimburse me. I got it fixed at a store for $22, but they still haven't given me my money back. They keep saying they'll give me a credit note or send me a check, but it's been a while and I haven't received anything. They're not even responding to my emails now. Where's my money, Alamo?!
