Shoes purchase.
I just bought some shoes from your store and they were amazing! Exactly what I wanted, and the packaging was simple which I liked. But, had a big problem with the delivery. Communication about where my package was almost nonexistent, and it was annoying not knowing when it would arrive. Maybe think about switching delivery partners to prevent this from happening again.

London sightseeing pass
The London sightseeing pass was really great because it was so easy and didn't cost too much to check out all the cool stuff around the city. We got to see things we might not have thought about and even try some extra activities. But one thing that could be better is being able to pick a time to go to the popular places. Right now, you have to show up super early if you want to get into places like Westminster Abbey.

Overpriced dress
I can't even believe it. I got this dress that cost a fortune, and when it finally arrived, it was like, the worst thing ever. I mean, really? Five hundred bucks for this cheap-looking piece of polyester? No thanks. And then they have the nerve to talk about empowering women on the package. Yeah, right. Empowering women by taking their money, more like it. The only good thing was that returning it was easy, so I'll give them that. But that doesn't make up for how disappointed I am. I'm never buying from them again. Total scam, folks. Watch out.

Quick and easy star registration
I was totally amazed by how easy it was to register a star. It meant a lot to me, especially as a way to remember those we've lost. The website was super easy to use and made it simple to choose what we wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to get the digital PDF of my star registration so quickly, in under five minutes after ordering. It's awesome to know we have our own special star shining down on us!

I just bought something from that store and it was a complete disaster. The customer service was total garbage and they never gave me my money back for a return I made. But get this, now I'm getting flooded with spam emails every day from random Gmail accounts pretending to be the store. It's so obvious that they're up to no good, so my advice is to steer clear of them.

Online jewelry
So I tried to order this cool thing online because the store didn't have it. But man, the website was just not cooperating! It kept teasing me, saying the item was in stock, but when I went to buy it, bam - "out of stock!" And I couldn't even set up an alert for when it was available again! I chatted online with them a bunch of times, but got zero help. Then, it finally showed in stock yesterday, but still wouldn't let me check out! And when I called today, they passed me off to Kay! That's not cool! They wouldn't even honor the price I saw on December 9th! Jareds really dropped the ball on customer service. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere, so if you want good service, look somewhere else!
