Review about: Alamo Car Rental
Car rental experience
During my recent trip to the car rental, I was really let down by the service they gave us. We booked two cars with two extra drivers, paid up front, but when we got there, they said we couldn't have one of the cars because of some unclear "terms and conditions." It was so frustrating and confusing for all of us. Other companies let you have multiple drivers, but not them. We ended up having to pay extra for another car under a different name, and we kept getting put at the end of the line, which wasted a lot of our time and money. All in all, it was a total disaster and really put a damper on our weekend getaway.

Shoes purchase.
I just bought some shoes from your store and they were amazing! Exactly what I wanted, and the packaging was simple which I liked. But, had a big problem with the delivery. Communication about where my package was almost nonexistent, and it was annoying not knowing when it would arrive. Maybe think about switching delivery partners to prevent this from happening again.

I thought this company was German at first. Their products are pretty good, but dealing with any issues can end up costing you a lot. They make you pay for return and storage fees, which is frustrating. On top of that, it's hard to find any contact information, and they don't even have a refund policy.

I had the worst time at the store. The people were super rude and didn't know anything. I was on hold on the phone forever. And the digital coupons app? It didn't even work! I'm never going back there again. I'll just shop at other places like SK and Aldi from now on.

I just bought something from that store and it was a complete disaster. The customer service was total garbage and they never gave me my money back for a return I made. But get this, now I'm getting flooded with spam emails every day from random Gmail accounts pretending to be the store. It's so obvious that they're up to no good, so my advice is to steer clear of them.
