I had been using this service with my family for years, but when our IDs were hacked, ID Force didn't help us at all. They didn't send any notifications and their customer service was terrible. It was a complete waste of money!

Makeup brushes
I bought some makeup brushes from Grandado and honestly, they were terrible. The bristles were all uneven and scratchy, which made it super hard to use them. They were definitely not the quality I was expecting based on their website - total letdown. And don't even get me started on their customer service when I tried to return them. They were pretty much useless and didn't help me at all, which just made the whole situation even more annoying. I definitely won't be shopping at Grandado ever again, and I'd warn anyone else to save their money and skip out on their low-quality products.

Rented a car in Santiago de Compostela
The people working at the car rental spot in Santiago de Compostela were really unprofessional and not helpful at all. We got there on time to pick up our rental car, but the desk was closed and the staff just took off, not even acknowledging us. We were stuck at the airport late at night with no way to get to where we were staying, which wasn't even in the same city. The staff's lack of communication and help made us feel totally stranded and deserted. Dealing with this situation was super frustrating and stressful, and it could have been avoided if they had just provided better customer service.

Cat health tonics
I have this cat that was having a hard time pooping because of some enzyme problem. We tried a bunch of vet visits, but nothing seemed to help. I just bought a fancy dress from this company, and I gotta say, I'm really let down by my experience. The dress I got doesn't look anything like the one I picked out. The quality is super low, and it's clear that they used cheap, flimsy material. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to send the dress back, but nobody has gotten back to me. Now I'm in the middle of disputing the charges with my bank. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

Three shirts
Man, I had such a terrible time with this company. Their customer service was terrible and returning my stuff was a total nightmare. Their return policy is just plain frustrating, like they want it to be hard. They might seem all cool and trendy, but in reality, they're a mess and not upfront at all. I couldn't believe my order even got to me with how little they kept me in the loop and took forever to respond to my emails. And don't even get me started on how long the shipping took - a whole month for three shirts! Nope, I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all.
