Soft, quality fabrics
The clothes I got from here are so awesome. Like, the fabric is really nice quality and feels super soft on my skin. I got some skirts, shorts, and shirts, and they're all great for just wearing around. I'll for sure be buying more stuff from here. It did take a little longer to get delivered than I thought, but whatever, good things come to those who wait, you know?
Wishing my order would ship already
I've been waiting on my order for like a whole month and it still hasn't been sent out. I tried contacting customer service but haven't heard a peep back. I mean, I really believe in what they're all about, but it would be nice if they just focused on getting the orders they have out before hyping up new stuff.
Questionable return policy change
Recently, I had a pretty frustrating experience with the customer service at this store. I made a big purchase during a sale, only to later find out they changed their return policy to not allow returns after sales. The return link on their site was broken and it took way too long for someone to get back to me. When I asked about the policy change, I got no response. This lack of transparency and crappy customer service is just not cool.
Long wait for order
I'm really disappointed with the service I've been getting from this company. It's been more than two weeks since I placed my order and still haven't gotten it. I've tried asking about it multiple times, but all I get are promises of updates that never come through. I was really looking forward to my order and possibly ordering more stuff, but the lack of communication and the delay has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Long wait for order
I ordered something from this company more than 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything about it. I've emailed them and tried reaching out on Facebook and Instagram, but no one has gotten back to me. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on, and I'm pretty disappointed with how they're handling this.
Nightmare ordering process, incorrect sizes, difficult return process
Ordering from them was a real nightmare. I mean, I didn't even look at the reviews until after I placed my order and they were terrible. So I tried to cancel it right away, but they totally ignored all my emails and ended up shipping my order weeks later. When I finally got the package, all the items were a size medium, but the sizes were all over the place. Some mediums were massive, others were tiny like an XXS. It took forever to process a return, and I had to do a chargeback on my credit card because they never gave me a refund.
Mission-focused, minimalist clothes
So I found this awesome store that sells really simple and sustainable clothes, and I was so excited! I ordered a bunch of stuff because I'm all about saving the planet and looking cute at the same time. But then I started to worry because I read some reviews where people were saying the customer service was slow. I was like, uh-oh, am I never gonna get my clothes!? But then, after a while, they replied to me and were super nice about it, so I was relieved. And when my clothes finally arrived, they were amazing! So soft and cozy, I could wear them forever. Definitely going to shop here again.
still waiting for my order
Man, I ordered some really cool stuff from this store. But man, it's been forever and my package still ain't here. The website said it would only take 5-7 days to process, but now it's been way longer than that. I just wanna rock my new clothes already!
Olivia Rib Tank in pomegranate and Avocado
I originally liked this company because they focus on being organic and open about their practices, plus their designs are super cute. But, my enthusiasm kinda went downhill when I finally got my order after waiting almost a month, and it was only half of what I ordered. The tanks I got varied in quality, from the stitching to the sizing, which was a bummer. Dealing with their return policy was also a headache because by the time I got my order, it was too late to send anything back. All in all, my time with this company was pretty disappointing.
Poor quality clothes
I ordered these shorts that were so poorly made, even my boyfriend noticed right away. So, I figured I'd return them but, man, that was just the start of my problems with this company. The shirt I decided to keep shrunk and fell apart after just one wash, even though I followed the care instructions perfectly. So, I contacted customer service, they wanted pictures and then turned around and said they couldn’t do anything ‘cause I washed it. It's so annoying to see a company talk about being all ethical and sustainable, but then sell these low-quality, expensive items that don’t even last. Their customer service was so unhelpful and unsympathetic, just kept throwing their “policy” at me without actually trying to fix things. Makes me wonder if they even care about keeping their customers happy.
Delayed package, gender confusion
Don't bother dealing with this company, seriously. I placed an order ages ago and still haven't gotten my stuff. And get this - I saw a dude modeling women's clothes on their site. Talk about mixed up priorities. It's pretty clear they're more about looking inclusive than making their customers happy. Such a disappointment. I'm not gonna give them any more of my money, that's for sure.
Cool shirt I ordered
So, I ordered this really cool shirt from this one place and it's been a total bummer, you know? I've sent like 10 emails and nobody has bothered to respond to me! And where is my shirt, man? Nobody from that place will even give me the lowdown on what's going on. I mean, I really dig what this place is all about and wanted to show my support, but now I'm never gonna order from them again. It's just not cool at all, you know? I've never had to write a bad review, but this situation is just not cool and I'm feeling pretty lost and frustrated.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from this company not too long ago, and to be honest, the whole process wasn't that great. The dress came later than I thought it would, and when I tried it on, it was way smaller than other size smalls I have from different brands. It wasn't uncomfortable or anything, but the sizing was definitely not right. I ended up keeping the dress, but I don't think I'll be buying from them again.
T-shirts, bras, and shorts
So, I bought a bunch of stuff from this company's website - t-shirts, bras, and shorts. I was all about their focus on using natural plant dyes in their clothes when I first checked them out. But man, my whole experience with my order was a letdown. It took forever for my stuff to finally get to me, and when it did, two of the t-shirts were nowhere to be found. And don't even get me started on the bras - one was too small even though I ordered a bigger size, and the other had some weird design flaw that made my ladies pop out underneath. I tried reaching out to customer service about the missing items, and at first they said they'd send them, but then they ghosted me after I followed up a bunch of times. It's been almost a month since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for it to get sorted. Overall, dealing with this company has been a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
Three shirts
Man, I had such a terrible time with this company. Their customer service was terrible and returning my stuff was a total nightmare. Their return policy is just plain frustrating, like they want it to be hard. They might seem all cool and trendy, but in reality, they're a mess and not upfront at all. I couldn't believe my order even got to me with how little they kept me in the loop and took forever to respond to my emails. And don't even get me started on how long the shipping took - a whole month for three shirts! Nope, I wouldn't suggest buying from them at all.
Leggings purchase
I've been loving the leggings I got from this company ever since I found out I'm allergic to synthetic dye. They're super comfy and have kept my skin rash-free. But, I've run into a problem with the dye fading in weird spots on the fabric. Even though I've been washing them by hand with no bleach, I keep getting these bleach-looking spots on them. It's only happening with these leggings, not any other clothes I have.

The employees at that store are just so unfriendly. I mean, if you manage to choose the right size, it's decent, but it seriously takes forever to arrive. And don't even get me started on returns - it's a total disaster. I've had enough, I'm never shopping there again.

Be aware that if you're ordering from them, you're probably not going to get your stuff for a month or more. They're not always reachable when you try to contact them. This is the downside of a small, sustainable fashion company. But the quality is amazing and if you don't mind waiting I say go for it!
