The staff really knows their stuff and they're super helpful, recommending beers based on what I like. The store has a great vibe and the prices are really good too. I bought three dresses from this website that said they were ready to ship. But it's been three months now, and the dresses still haven't shown up. I've been trying to get a refund by asking them about it, but all they're offering is store credit. It's been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this situation. Not only did I not get my dresses, but their lack of communication and not fixing the problem is just not cool.
